I spent $120 less for this, than i did for a gaming chair 2 years ago. It's more comfortable than that thing ever was, and was easier to assemble. I work from home sometimes and can sit on this for hours without discomfort. Was having loweer back pain with the last one.

It’s not the top of the line, but for its price range it is great. I’ve only had it a week and the lift sometimes fails when I sit down. It depends on its mood. The only way to replace this piece is to replace the entire chair. Which is great if you still have all the boxes to send it back.

TL;DR Assembly was very easy, instructions ae very clear, all tools to assemble were included, the seat cushion is thick and comfortable, the seat back is soft, and the lumbar support is good. the instructions are right on top when you open the box. it comes with a T-handle hex tool to assemble the char with. the screws are packaged in the order the are used in and even come with spares. The assembly took me about 15 min. The seat height adjustment goes quite low and high enough for tall people like me. so it is quite universal for height adjustment lumbar is adjustable along with the back tilt spring I appreciated that each part came well wrapped so it wouldn't be damaged during shipment and the screws came with blue thread lock on them to ensure the screws will not loosen over time. The wheels are standard hard plastic wheels and are good. You may consider upgrading them to rubber wheels like I did if you want to use it on a wood floor without using a mat. Overall, this is a good chair, comfortable, and easy to assemble I hope this was helpful ... show more

Love the chair it's comfy only thing is the head rest part is kinda useless, it doesn't support your head at all, I recommend attaching something to the head rest so it gives you that neck support.

Chair was easy to assemble. Just slip the legs on the base, click the seat on and you're ready to go. It's firm and supportive, but also comfortable. Caster wheels move smoothly and the armrests are easily adjustable.

This chair took me less than an hour to put together by myself. The instructions were extremely easy to follow, and everything is sorted and labeled, so no needing to pick through a bag of screws to try to figure out what you need. The included hex tool with a handle was quite nice compared to a typical allen wrench, and I didn't need any other tools. Once put together the chair is comfortable, supportive, and it rolls smoothly. My only issue is how light it is, it feels very insubstantial? It's not flimsy, though.
