I have searched for days trying to find the perfect chair for my SAH job since the chair I had wasn’t working out anymore. This chair was easily my go-to since everything, and I can’t stress this enough, everything is adjustable! From the arm rests to the head rest, you can technically “customize” this chair how’d you like to fit your comfort level and that was a huge plus for me. It also reclines which is a bonus for added comfort. Assembly was easy to follow and it took me maybe an hour to fully put everything together. I say if you’re thinking about getting this chair just do it. The only thing I would recommend is getting a cushion for the chair just for added comfort but other than that I have no complaints.

Love the chair, it's very comfortable. The lower back piece and neck piece are adjustable which is great for someone who is tad shorter then others. That said, the arms I hate. They are pushed too far forward for me. Note: The width dimension listed is not correct. My space allows 24inches for a chair due to cabinet angles and this chair did not fit with both the arms on. I had to remove one of the arms and it fits just right now. This is a bit frustrating because I picked the chair over others due to the width but I don't have the appetite to take it apart return it and start over.

I don't think that this is a bad chair, but you have to have the right body for it, which I do not have. The material on the chair feels top notch, you can tell it is high quality and breathable. The height adjustment goes higher than most office chairs I've used which is nice because my last chair wouldn't get high enough for me. The chair is really easy to assemble and took less than 30 minutes. The lumbar support is my only problem with the chair. It is very prominent and if you have a lot of curve to your back this would be amazing, but it's only adjustable heightwise, not the amount of support so when I sit in the chair it provides to much support for my spines curve. Due to this, my upper back starts hurting really quickly when I sit in the chair. Again, this is due to my bodies shape which means it might not be an issue for you. Also, when adjusting my position in the chair it will sometimes bump the lumbar support up, then it free slides and I have to re-adjust to get to my spot. In conclusion, it is a nice chair but the lack of adjustability with the lumbar support means that if your back isn't curved enough you will likely get back pain with this chair. Edit, the arms don't swivel and they are actually kinda uncomfortable at their angle with extended use. The seat also made my butt sore so I'm returning the chair.

With a bad back after countless surgeries, a neck full of discs that are disintegrating, a fake left hip after the femur and hip joint died, and arthritis or osteoarthritis in most of the joints in my body, this chair is perfectly comfortable for me. The lumbar support is perfect. I've sat in many chairs, most failing me, but amongst all chairs I have tried and/or owned, this is amongst the perfect comfort I need provided. I let my daughter replace her desk chair with my last chair because this chair is exceptional. At my desk I am able to lean back in comfort, without pain. Considering I have long ago stopped using painkillers, this is a very high praise. The neck of the chair moves with my neck and the lumbar support is adjustable for height how far it extends into the back of the chair, against my back. Adjustable arms make good supports when needed and can be lowered if not in use. The chair doesn't rock back and forth but I don't need that and I am happy with the slightly loose back moving an inch or two when I lean back. The wheels work well on my hardwood floors and on the glass floor protecter on which the chair sits. Height adjustability is great for taking pressure off of my knees and ankles or for allowing my feet to rest firmly on the ground. I cannot suggest any other chair over this one in my experience.
