Love this! Nice and Sturdy! I solve the cables getting caught together problem by simply installing hooks next to it! I hook one pulley system while I use the other! When building a home gym, especially in the garage. This is absolutely amazing to saves room but other gym equipment.

    • QUALITY PRODUCT, WITH 1 OBVIOUS PROBLEM
OK- I installed it, but had to reinforce the wall section with a flat plate of plywood to give it more surface area. It tried to pull the wall and stud out at the top of wall. After doing that (in my outbuilding where my gym is, fortunately), it works great for upper body. The star deduct comes when working the lower pulley for legs, glutes, curls of arms. The weights and the cable get tangled. If the lower pulley were lower, this would not happen, but the cables are made for exact measurements of the machine setup. ... show more

    • Not exactly what I expected
The way this is said to be installed, makes the back cable rub with the front cable and thus forcing you to either but a swivel wheel to avoid having to disconnect the other cable or simply disconnect the front cable for a better experience. Other than that, you get what you paid for and it does the job its intended. Assembly is straight forward and instructions are clear.     • Sturdy when mounted to Cynder Block Wall - Some Compromises Though
I mounted two of these in my home gym, which has cement walls. Incredibly sturdy, I hung 300 pounds on it and it did not budge. Great Anchors for Cement I must say, very pleased with those anchors. The compromise is that since there are two cables and pulleys, you need to offset the bottom pulley which creates a bit more friction/resistance and probably wear on the insulation of the cable. Not a huge deal though - I lubricated it with some WD40 and it helped. I added a swivel pulley that did wonders, which I do recommend that they change at some point going forward.
