Great power strip, but becomes amazing when paired with sensor kit!
I picked up this power strip because I wanted a reliable PPFD meter, and this power strip alone allows you to run the plug-in sensors kit that reports back detailed information including umol/m2/s! You have to buy the companion sensor kit, but it also comes with CO2 sensing, light and temperature sensors, and most intriguing of all the PPFD lighting sensor and the probe soil monitor. The soil monitor probe pierces your fabric bucket and gives you real time data on soil levels - I haven’t really set up yet but the information seems pretty interesting and will try it at some point. Outside of the sensor kit, I quickly realized how capable this power strip is. Paired with just the basic sensor that comes with the power strap, you have a lot of ability to customize each power plug to turn on or off on a variety of commands. Unfortunately each of the outlets are premed and there are only two auxiliary outlets but you can use them for anything you want it just sucks they’re always gonna be tied to a name like lights, filter, etc. I personally haven’t enabled much of the automation yet, but I could see it becoming handy in my drying set up. I don’t use cool mist humidifiers as they put water in the air, and instead use a swamp cooler like system with a fan blowing over a tray of water. Using this system I can have it turn that fan on or off given the ambient air humidity which will work in combination with my existing exhaust fan sucking out air and replacing it more intensively when the humidity exceeds 60%. There’s lots of uses but that’s just one that came across as a really good handy tool if you’re already using another brands monitoring system like VIVOSUN or AC infinity. Overall rate this power strip as a five star, but it’s very close to going down to a four star just based on the price. If it didn’t have the integrated sensor capability I wanted it so bad I wouldn’t be able to justify it, but that alone really knocks this solidly into five star territory. I was so happy with the kit I purchased a second for my father’s tent, and he was just as stoked with his ability to properly dial in his lights as I was… A comp comparable PPFD sensor that’s accurate as these is the $300+ range but with the extra benefits this made logical sense for me to try. In addition it comes with extenders for the sensors so I’m able to use this one sensor to set every one of my tents and double check everything in between stages. Works out great and I would highly recommend

Works great
Came nicely packaged. Power strip feels well made. It’s bigger than it looks the pictures. It comes with some splitters and rj12 cables. Also comes with temp and rh, ppd meter. Very easy to install and connect all devices. I think it’s well worth the money. I’m very happy with this purchase. UPDATE: after a week of use I’m am very impressed with the IHUB PRO. Makes monitoring easy. Good job Mars hydro

Solid product
Works great. Latest app improvements aj e been good. Wish the app was just a bit less dull and grey but it's very effective. Only issue I've had with MH products is the EV pot meters don't read well in coco and peralight.

Great idea. But the software and c02 settings are very limited
Hmm I really would say its a 2.5 star/ halfway there. I got it mainly hoping to use for c02 regulation. But the programing is so so very limited. Cant even adjust target PPM or set custom cycles with PPM regulation. Its a great idea, and seems well made. Had no issues connecting to it. It does function great to monitor conditions. Compatible with my Mars lights. its a little big but exactly as I expected. I just hope maybe someday there will be a open source software solution that allows be to set it up how i want.
