So I decided to give this laptop a try after seeing the two negative reviews before me. I thought seeing so many happy starred people, maybe it'd be okay. This is day one and it's not okay! Opened the Amazon box to find the inner box was dented, that was, "okay the box isn't that important...." But then I start it up... after a smooth setup and decorating it the way I want, I decided it was time to install things on it. That's when it went downhill.... First, I didn't realize it was installed with Windows 10 S, didn't know it mattered, but oh how it matters! I couldn't install anything, so my next two hours were didn't trying to figure out how to uninstall it, wait for it, without the Microsoft store! Somehow, this computer didn't have the Microsoft store programmed into it and now it's stuck with S. What a waste of my time and money! Planning to return this immediately. ... show more

We bought this computer as a Christmas present. When we opened it, it was locked with someone else’s credentials. Unfortunately, this present was from Santa. That was an enjoyable conversation! When we called support they were beyond rude. We asked for help and the person that spoke to us was very unprofessional and said we would just have to return it and get a refund. We even asked to speak to a manager in the hopes we could fix the computer without having to return it and upset one disappointed little boy. Luckily, Best Buy had the same computer NEW for the same price. We hadn’t realized what a rip off this computer was until the seriously rude customer service representative encouraged us to go elsewhere with our business. ... show more
