The chair is comfortable, and looks nice. I like that it rocks. It fits me better as it is on the smaller side for a recliner. The fabric is nice and soft, padding is very comfortable. It's a bit clunky to open footrest and takes a LOT of pressure to close the footrest. The headrest needs a better angle and/or more padding. I typically need a small pillow otherwise my head leans back too far in all positions of the chair. The other problem is that the back doesn't stay reclined unless it's fully reclined. There is no partial reclining which is a bit frustrating. It was shipped via fed-ex which arrived 3 days after the original tracking date provided. The driver literally took it off the truck and shoved it across my driveway into a snow drift near my garage when it was supposed to be delivered to my door/ porch. I had to drag it across the drive and get it up 4 steps to my door. ... show more

The chair is comfortable, with a nice soft feel to the fabric and wide arm rests. It reclines easily and smoothly, making it easy to use and transition to different sitting positions. The rocking function when the leg rests is down is also very smooth, with very little effort required to maintain a smooth rocking motion. This is so comfy! We put it in the control tower we work at and I love it so much. It's easy to clean and light weight enough in the box to get it through the elevator and doors.
