The media could not be loaded. Since I received this water dispenser 5 days ago, the problem of spilling water everywhere when changing the water bottle has been solved. This water dispenser is very easy to use and much more convenient than the ones with the bottle on top. Since we switched to this water dispenser, no one complains about changing the water anymore or grumbles about the heavy water bottles, because you just need to push the bottle into the compartment at the bottom and it won’t use a lot space. So I feel it's a great purchase.

This water dispenser has been great for our family. The hot water heats up really fast, which is super convenient for making tea or oatmeal in the mornings. It also has a strong water flow, so you’re not standing there waiting forever to fill a glass or bottle. The bottom-loading design makes it easy to change bottles, and the child lock gives us peace of mind with kids around. Definitely recommend for home use!

Quiet and light! We like the design to push water bottle from the bottom, it’s so much easier than the one from top. The design is so compact. Plus the hot water lock is kid friendly. Overall we are happy with our purchase.
