Good medium weight and strength scooter. Easy to assemble. Nice breaking down my ramp. Parts fit my trunk. Came with two defective arm rests. No predrilled holes and no pins to attach it to the scooter. Called company number for customer service..got a salesman. He said he'd pass on my request. I did get an email timely and described defective parts with pictures sent to them. Week later received pins only. Emailed them again. Reply was they sent parts needed. I again sent detailed email (no phone to talk to a real person) with pictures again. Reply was parts sent, if problem email Amazon CS. I again emailed and stated I'd get a complete refund if arm rests not sent. Email received that arm rests sent. Week and a half finally got arm rests. Nice scooter. Once together it is everything it is advertised to be. Getting it together the first time was a little challenging since the user manuals were not very helpful. This is often true if products from overseas. But it can be put together without the need for any tools. Now that I know how it goes together I will be able to take it apart to put in my trunk and reassemble it quickly when I am ready to use it. ... show more
