I had a fire pit that looked like this a few years ago and it got the job done. I saw this and thought it was the same thing. I was surprised it was so inexpensive. Now I know why. Horrible quality. I just wanted an basic fire pit. But this is crap. The fire bowl is so flimsy I thought it was made out of plastic. Missing one of the nuts. Stripped out the lower threads when fastening a bolt. Top ring for lifting cover stripped nut and popped off. I would have gladly paid another $20 or $30 for heavier gauge metal. Is this thing even made out of metal? This thing isn't even safe. Amazon needs to take it off their website. I would return it, but I cut up the box and threw it out before I assembled it.

It came out of the box bent, but is constructed from such flimsy metal that my husband was able to straighten out the bend by hand. Air/drain hole in bottom is tiny. I don't suspect it will last more than one season. We purchased it for camping, as campground requires this type of stove. Don't expect it to last very long.

The black carbon coating had flaked in a couple of spots on arrival. It revealed rusted metal beneath. The cover had some wires bent in a terrible looking position and the rim had a crease from being bent. Frustrating. I didnt bother sending it back cause by the time I had noticed everything, it was assembled and it wasn't worth it. I wouldn't buy again though. Just crappy workmanship.

I love this fire pit!!! And it comes with a cover for it!!! It's easy to put together. Value for the money. I saw one about the same size at lowes for double the price. This is great if you have a small yard or area that can't fit a regular, traditional sized fire pit.

Easy to assemble, great price from the seller. The only real negative is that the bowl is not attached to the base, so when you move it, you have to take both parts separately, or awkwardly carry it by the base & hope you don't tilt the wrong way & drop the bowl.

What a great value! It shipped quickly and was well packaged. Assembly took less than 2 minutes (three legs with two rings attached with an included hex wrench). We've had larger fires with several logs in on multiple occasions and there hasn't been any warpage or signs of the metal weakening.

When assembling the product it specifically says you cannot use Firestarter logs or lighter fluid because the item may combust. Why would someone sell a fire pit that you cannot burn anything in!?!
