These chairs are nice if put together well, with no defects i bought 4 of them. they came 2 in each box, one box was perfect no problem the other had sloppy welds where the foot rest connects to the pole, which i put a picture of. the main thing that impressed me was the seller's customer service i ask for a exchange for the 2 broken ones which they didn't have, so the told me to keep them a gave me a total refund. For everything which is very honorable in my opinion. This process took a while so that's why i gave 4 stars. If you get good chairs they are perfect if not contact the seller and go from there, i guess it's like everything on amazon. ... show more
