This is the best OEM pen I've owned for the Remarkable II. Since the nibs broke for the pen that originally came with it (actually, I'm not sure if it came with the RII or if I brought it separately), I have been buying pens like crazy. Most of them flat out didn't work even though they were supposed to be compatible. This one does! It looks and feel just like the original. It works perfectly in every single way. Everything the original stylus could do this one does as well. I give this wonderful stylus five stars!

This is a great pen compared to the Remarkable pen. It writes smoothly, has a good weight to it, and it fits nice in my hand. It has enough texture to make it easy to grip. Im very happy with it.

I lost my remarkable marker with eraser. Sad, I know. Being Christmas time, I didn't want to spend $129 at remarkable for a new one, I'm cheap. First, the feel is lighter that the original. I liked the heavy feel, but that is a personal preference. Second, it writes just like the original. Lastly, the eraser is different and you have to press to erase. It's like a button and doesn't work unless pressed down. This could be an "are you sure you want to do this" feature, but I find it annoying. My preference. I have not tried the original tips in the product to see if they fit.

I have a reMarkable paper tablet along with the name brand stylus. I've been happy with its performance, but since it only attaches via magnet, I'm terrified that I'll lose it one day. In the interest of having a backup, I tried several versions before landing on this one. Although it's significantly lighter in weight than the name brand stylus, it still works just as well. (I'm so used to the heavier name brand stylus that writing with such a lightweight one really threw me off for a while.) Still, it writes well, and it works right away out of the box, and even comes with 5 replacement nibs and a nib puller. The nibs are in a little capsule that seems to protect them better than the flimsy paper some replacement sets come in. One (VERY) minor quibble I have is about the packaging. The box is so well constructed that getting the first flap open is a challenge. (My box looks like the Hulk's little sister attacked it in an attempt to open it.) Also, the capsule the nibs are stored in fits so snuggly in the foam that you have to completely remove the foam in order to pop it out. None of this affects the functionality of the stylus itself, though, which is why I didn't deduct any stars.

Works but barely. No where near the same feel or responsiveness as the original. I read the reviews from others before purchasing and expected the same results as he original. Not even close. If you buy this product you’ll be doing the same as I did and returning it. Pity that Remarkable are so greedy and over pricing the replacement but I guess they know that they have a far superior product. After writing this review I’ll be placing an order for the original over priced OEM product. Save yourself some time and buy the original.

I've had my Scribe for at least a year and the premium pen that came with it was great, up until a few days ago when my dear fur baby got ahold of the pen and turned it into something that looked like it went through a paper shredder! I thought, oh well, I"ll just order another of the exact pen but, then I came across this Remarkable replacement. It's great, not as heavy as the original pen but the lightness has no effect on my writing ability. The eraser works perfect and it comes with several replacement tips and the tool to remove them. I tried all of the different writing mediums the Scribe offers and the pen performed exactly, if not better, than the original, premium pen. Great buy.
