Update: I contacted seller, they apologized for the mix up in product and understood that the laptop was already in use and offered to give me money back to insure I didn't over pay for the product I got and didn't inconvenience me by making me return it and wait weeks for a different one. This resolution worked well for me and my company. Original post: Order this laptop for my wife to use as a business computer for her home office. Wasn't trilled about the price but paid alittle more then I wanted because this laptop said it had a N6000 4 core processor 3.3ghz. However after my wife had opened and used it for 2 days. I thought to check the system info to find out this laptop only has a N4500 2 core processor 1.10ghz. It is clearly stated in the description of the product that laptop would have an N6000 processor. I previously owned a Lonova laptop, which I initially found suitable for student use. However, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted its usability. One major issue was compatibility problems with audio programs such as Serato Pro and Audition, as well as communication platforms like Zoom and MS Teams. These applications either didn't work correctly or were not compatible due to the laptop's lack of support for AVX. Additionally, the laptop's USB ports posed limitations, as attempting to run two separate hard drives simultaneously caused CPU lagging issues. This was a significant inconvenience, especially for users who rely on external storage or multitasking capabilities. Overall, my experience with the Lonova laptop was disappointing, and I ultimately had to return it due to these unresolved issues. This laptop has great specs. However, performance differs greatly. - The quality of the display is terrible. Even with a very high quality picture and 1080p settings, the resolution looks like that of 480p. The backlight is very dull making this hard to see in bright light. - The battery life, despite what others have stated, is quite poor. While sitting in lecture, this barely lasts 3 hours. I've recently been carrying a battery pack to charge it because if I leave the display on full brightness (which is completely necessary), I worry about it shutting off towards the end of class. - The processor, as expected, is an entry level and cheap processor. Given this, and despite the 16gb of ram, the loading times are quite slow. This does not have the charge by USB-C port. I knew this going into it so, if you do buy this, I recommend buying a 4.0x1.7mm to usb-C adapter so you can charge it without having to carry the original charger. The rating on this is 65 watt so make sure your power supply is less than this so as to not harm the already lacking battery. To sum it up, I'd recommend getting a different laptop. If you take this to lecture, you'll be watching your peers use their laptops and wish you had something better. ... show more
