Very good quality magnetic screen. I have used to screen my patio. I have to make some adjustments but I am heavy with the quality. Adhesive quality needs improvement as pins provided are cheap quality.

I chose this because it has 2 openings vs. 1 in the center. A central entry would have me walking into a license plate when a car is inside, these are offset so I can get around my car. My door frame measured 85-1/2 inches from slab to inside jamb and the screen just brushes the concrete. That's ok with me, I place a board against the bottom to pin it against the door when closed, it stops the flapping. The velcro is strong, the tape backing is medium strength(it can be peeled off, doesn't seem permanent). It also came with 20 sturdy large head tacks, I used 10 down each side about 8 inches apart. This is great for cooling off a hot stagnant garage, and is much cheaper than A/C.

works great .. but theres a snag!!!! garage doors are steel so you cant open the garage door with this on.. LOL maymbe use something other than magnetics
