I chose this because it has 2 openings vs. 1 in the center. A central entry would have me walking into a license plate when a car is inside, these are offset so I can get around my car. My door frame measured 85-1/2 inches from slab to inside jamb and the screen just brushes the concrete. That's ok with me, I place a board against the bottom to pin it against the door when closed, it stops the flapping. The velcro is strong, the tape backing is medium strength(it can be peeled off, doesn't seem permanent). It also came with 20 sturdy large head tacks, I used 10 down each side about 8 inches apart. This is great for cooling off a hot stagnant garage, and is much cheaper than A/C. ... show more

Closes securely every time due to having magnets all the way down the doors. Has better instructions AND better Velcro for securing it to the doorway, fits my gazebo perfectly! Highly recommend!!!

I seem to buy a new screen every year. This one is actually split into even thirds, each can be rolled up, and the seams have extra Velcro tabs to secure together on windy days.

Ripped after the first summer. Magnets would stick to the garage door and not slide up when closing the garage door. Had to put it back up after the garage door pulled it down a few times too because the magnets not sliding, wish it would have lasted longer.
