It does have a weird smell and taste when you drink the slushy but it does work and tastes good and I love it and it is leak proof and not a lot of money and it is made of strong rubber.

I bought 2 of these for my kids and i have to say they are the coolest things and really do turn your drink into a slushy. And by my Childs recommendation dont put milk/chocolate milk into these for they taste "nasty". You throw these guys into the freezer till they are somewhat solid and then pour in your favorite drink and then squish away till its been slushied. Now for my peeves. This things inside is fragile and the only way to clean them is with a bottle brush and you have to be careful not to tear the inside liner while cleaning or eating or water/softdrinks get into where the icepacks are. The ice packs are self contained co even if you tear the liner at the bottom like i did you wont be eating the insides of the ice packs but it does render then entire thing useless.

I literally left this in our upright freezer for OVER A WEEK and it STILL did NOT work. At all! Now I have to get a ride to a UPS store or else I have to pay $8 to return it! Horrible produce & horrible return policy to actually charge someone to return something that DOES NOT WORK! After buying this one, and it not working at all, I bought another one from a different listing. Completely different brand. And just like this one, that one didn't work AT ALL either. And just like this one I have to pay $8 to have Amazon pick it up when the ONLY reason I'm returning it is because it DOES NOT WORK! Fortunately, I can return this one when I return the other one once I find a ride to the UPS store. So, just like the other one I bought, this is a HORRIBLE product with a HORRIBLE return policy! I spend WAY TOO MUCH MONEY on Amazon to have to pay $8 for Amazon to pick up an item that I'm only returning because it DOES NOT WORK! Especially when the product I'm returning cost less than $15. Definitely going to start buying things elsewhere if I have to pay to have defective items picked up/find rides to the UPS store to return defective items. So to summarize: purchase at your own risk and, if you don't have a car & can't find a ride, be prepared to spend more than half of the product price to return a product that DOES NOT WORK.

It's really awesome. It makes slushies with the perfect ice. The only thing is is if you like slushies all day you will have to buy a few of them because it's only good one time. And it takes a long time to refreeze it back.
