Id give 0 stars if i could. works as it should if u can manage to turn it on. It has stupid touchscreen style buttons tht u have to hit over 10 times to get to work. I couldn't power off today i had to unplug it. I like the space it offers and the unit it cute but id rather driven to the store and buy my own jerky. I can not explain the the anger this unit makes me feel. How hard would it have been to put nornal buttons. Hell a knob would have did.. I wish i still had the box id return this so fast. Nlt worth the money when u have to struggle to use it. Ill upload a video later

I chose this dehydrator because it had the features I wanted even though some of the reviews reported problems with the control panel. At first, the control panel was so poorly responsive that setting a run time took 10 minutes and I had no luck setting the temperature. I read the manual, washed some dishes by hand, and discovered that that the control panel was highly responsive. I isolated the issue down to the fact that my hands are naturally dry. If I get a dish of water and hand towel and keep my fingertips damp but not dripping wet while using the controls, the controls work respond tolerably well. So far, the dehydrator is working well. 4 stars for good features and function but 1 start deducted for demanding sweaty or dampened fingers on the controls.

I honestly didn’t know what to expect! But WOW! This dehydrator is a work horse! I was expecting an all day and all night operation! My peels dried in a few hours! My whole fruit longer but instead of several days I was done in a day! Very VERY happy with this purchase! Happy dehydrating🥰

I was so looking forward to this product. But as soon as I plugged it in to any outlet it would pop a circuit. A short must of formed in the product during shipping, considering there were no damage to the box when recieved my fear it is poorly made for durability so i took a refund.
