These steak knives are pretty sharp and sturdy. Cut a steak in one move. Great handles large for a mans hand. Too big for the dishwasher although you shouldn’t put knives in the dishwasher.

We bought these for steak knives and they are good quality and very sharp. The drawback is that they are too aggressive in their bite. They tend to rip through and grab and tear the meat as you cut. I’m now a bigger fan of non serrated knives that are super high quality and super sharp that don’t tear but they slice beautifully through meat. These are great for the price but I’d recommend Shun classic steak knives.
