I could not decide between the black courtly checks or the Sterling! I bought the black and it was beautiful! I love the gold bird on the lid! I did end up changing it for the sterling just because I have more of that in my kitchen.

Purchased a very expensive Tea Pot as BD gift, after picking up the carton after delivery, I heard rattling inside the package. I immediately open the box ,I found the lid was upside down hitting the inside of the tea pot. I couldn't determine if the tea pot was repackaged or a lack of proper packaging by MacKenzie-Childs. Why wouln't M-C spend a little more in pacaking there products to ensure customer receive a quality product in a quality package, ... show more
