I have high praise for the item as well as the seller! The seat is very sturdy and well-made product. It not only looks nice, but will last long because it’s aluminum. Everything fit well together, I did not need to make any adjustments at all. I managed to remove the existing parts and install everything in under 2 hours by myself. The installation instructions were straightforward, potentially lacking some detail in parts, but that detail was made up with the multitude of YouTube videos on this exact seat that walk you through how to do it easily. The seat is extremely comfortable and looks great and we couldn’t be happier. I also want to give a shout out to Olivia V and the team at Performance Plus, the seller. Good fit I like that its not gonna rust like the one I took off. Some of the parts were a little hard to get bolts threw the holes but I made it work.

    • No right to repair. Will not sell customers replacement parts. Not everything is steel.

It may have a steel frame but the rear struts that connect to the roof are plastic. May have QC issue because both of mine cracked off. Out of warranty. Seller is the manufacturer and reached out to try to purchase replacement parts, was told they have them but they are only used for warranty and not sold. When I buy an item like this for nearly $500 would expect to be able to purchase replacement parts. ... show more

I bought a golf cart that was only a two seater. After some research I decided to buy this one. The additional two seats and utility deck are wonderful. The directions were easy to understand and with basic tools installing it was easy. This kit came with a 2” receiver mount as well. I have used the receiver to add a step. My cart has a 6” lift kit and it makes it easier for the riders in the back to get on / off. ... show more

Installed by my self in about 30-45 minutes. Instructions were very clear. Color photos that tell you the tools needed at each step. I didn’t have any issues installing. Product is made and exceeded any of my expectations. Most of the tools required are standard. It would be nice to a have a 17mm wrench and socket. Then 8,10,13 mm sockets, along with a large torx set I believe it was a size t40 ... show more

After wandering around in Fedex's system for 11 days, the seat kit arrived. It was supposedly scheduled for August 23 and finally arrived on August 31. The box looked like it had a rough trip as well. Found numerous metal components with the paint damaged. It seems that the manufacturer's packing is not designed to withstand moving around from truck to truck. All parts were in the box except two rubber spacers. Those were missing. There is no way that I would try to return it since it weights roughly 100 lbs. I will just use touch-up paint and get spacers from my local hardware store. In hind sight, when it didn't arrive when scheduled, I should have excepted Amazon's offer of a refund and reordered. On the plus side, the seat kit installed easily and is well built.
