We bought this for our 15 year old so he could get himself to work over the summer. Within weeks it just stopped working. Battery is fully charged, bike just won’t turn on. That was back in April. Ever since we’ve been unsuccessfully trying to get the company to help us fix it. Months of back and forth and told a part would be sent out. Now the part is on hold bc they need another machine to program it. At this point we’ve given up all hope and asked for a refund. I will update if the company does right by us. ... show more

I ordered this e-bike for my teenage son as he was begging for this model for months. The bike arrived ahead of time and was relatively easy to assemble. (Had to watch a couple of YouTube videos). All is functioning well so far and my son can not be any happier.

Cool bike, my daughter loves it. Its a hard tail so seat is a bit hard but other than that its a fun bike. MacFox doesn't have a lot of accessories and its a bit hard to fine aftermarket parts for this.

the battery says it should be a 38 mile range but it died within 6-8 it doesn't work as advertised and i am a bit bummed this is the quality of the product

My son had this bike for 3 months and the back axle broke. My son weighs less than 80 pounds and had a Jetson for 3 years with no issues. Would not recommend this bike
