grt machine. tons of training options. sturdy. smooth running smith machine. cables too. easy to adjust while training. even my trainer loves it and it can handle his heavier lifts w/o issue. I hired someone to assemble and it took him about 5hrs. had a minor issue after and customer svc responded quickly. nice small footprint. perfect for a home gym. Just wish it had some spots to hang/store weights. otherwise, grt machine.

I am 6'2" and it feels a little tight. I would order a wider one next time. It also seems to shake more then I would like when lifting heavy. Good looking and stable enough, I plan to use for years to come.

This is an amazing home gym. I had a cage without the smth machine prior to this and I and THRILLED I changed to this. Amazing smoothness on all of the pulleys and smith attachment.
