The media could not be loaded. Excellent product!! Excellent customer service. This is the second DTF printer I’ve purchase and in comparison to my L1800 it far out performs. Btransfer printer can put out 3 prints in the time it takes to complete 1 on my InkSonic printer. It’s made with heavier quality materials and comes with almost every replacement part minus the printhead. It’s a game changer for my small business. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
