This is my first experience with an e-bike and I am totally impressed! The quality was evident from when I first opened the box. The engineering is first class. Every part fits perfectly. The design is thoughtful, with many small details included. Assembly instructions are clear and complete. The operating instructions are thorough and easy to understand. I called customer service when I had two questions and it was a surprisingly good experience - my call was answered by a knowledgeable person who answered my questions easily. Regarding the bike operation, I am very happy with this bike. Mostly I ride off road and use the bike for hunting. It has plenty of power for rough or hilly places. Speed is not important to me, but on pavement 25 mph is easy to achieve and is not the maximum possible. The dual suspension system is very comfortable on rough roads. The battery life seems more than adequate for my needs. After 25 miles on a full charge, I got the first indication the charge had dropped, and I am riding with the accelerator only, not peddling. I would guess a battery charge will last at least 50 miles without peddling. The walk assist mode works surprisingly well - you don’t have to walk at a set speed, assistance is gives at whatever speed you choose to walk. I like the step through design, which makes it easier to mount and dismount. The brakes are not hydraulic, so it takes a bit longer to stop, but that’s not hard to get used to. Overall I am totally happy with this bike and don’t know what I would change about it.

First, this is my first ebike and I didn't want to spend a fortune. The bike was delivered in a huge, heavy box. Expect to spend a good amount of time carefully unpacking the bike. Lots of foam blocks and wrap and zipties... This bike is very well packaged to survive shipping undamaged. Assembly took about an hour. Watch a few youtube vids on how to do it because the written instructions aren't very good. I took the completed bike with freshly peaked battery for a 26 mile ride. At first the riding position and seat were comfortable, but after the first hour, I knew the seat would need replacing and the bars were too low and far for me. I'm 5'8". So back to Amazon, a new wider seat and parts to move the handle bar as well as new pedals. The stock pedals are trash. All bikes seem to come with inferior pedals. I replaced them with ballraced aluminum ones which are a vast improvement. My second ride of over two hours was much improved. The seating position was so much more comfortable. No more ache in my shoulders and pain from a poor seat design. The range was fantastic. After 26miles, according to voltage, I had used about 1/3 of the battery. I road a crushed stone bike path in PAS 1 and 2 only. Ride quality was great. The fat 26x4 tires do much of the work but the front & rear suspension helped too. Very satisfied. Power from the motor is incredible. I used the low PAS so I would get some exercise. Feels like pedaling a stationary bike but you are trucking along a nice bike path. I was also impressed by the quality. Neat welds on the frame and excellent paint. I waxed the bike before my first trip and the photos were taken before I replaced the seat. Overall, an excellent purchase!

I was looking for a bike to ride with my wife and wasn't interested in spending the money a lot of local stores were asking. I'm 6'3" and a big guy so wanted something that was going to fit me (to be fair, my wife at 5'9" can also ride it just fine) and this has been perfect. It arrived in 5 days, the instructions to put it together were great and I had it going in about an hour. I've got nearly 200 miles on it, zero issues, and it's a ton of fun to ride. I've done rides of 30-40 miles at level 3 and not gotten close to running out of battery, the life has been good so far. A fantastic value for the money, thanks again!

Never thought I could be in love with an inanimate object. For the price of this ebike, it's insane! 90% of it is put together when delivered. It's very quiet. It's huge and it looks absolutely fantastic. Because of its weight it will not be easy to steal but you will need a longer version of a U-lock because the bike is quite wide. I love that the tail light automatically turns on once the bike is powered. The pedal assist works great. It goes up to 36 mph when using the throttle. If you love attention then you are definitely going to get it while riding this bike because it is a conversation starter. My only problem with this bike is that it was $20 cheaper a week after I purchased it on amazon. LOL. Otherwise it is well worth the money I spent.

This is my second E-Bike, and it is clearly the best one for me. The 1800W motor moves my 275lb frame quite easily. The dual suspension system is ideal for my lower back, which is not good. The ride is pure fun and I cannot wait to show the world what an incredible investment I made with this bike. I actually went 20 miles on it the first day out, which is incredible because I haven't ridden in years. Sure my legs hurt the next day, but it was a good feeling to know I was exercising muscles I haven't in a while. I love the ability to step through the frame to get on and off as I'm a disabled senior citizen who wanted to have some freedom again. This bike does it for me. I recommend the M1 Pro for anyone sitting on the fence, trying to decide which bike to buy as well as anyone looking to buy one. You won't be sorry.

Don’t believe what they say about the tires, both of them got within 30 minutes of riding it for the first time in my backyard. Each tire had 4 punctures. I decided to buy the fat tire liner and puncture proof tire tubes (slime inside). Tire are definitely not puncture proof, not even remotely. Other then that, I like it.
