I apparently ordered the bigger size. It's a great bike and I love that we can adjust it to all the different skill levels. Instructions were a bit confusing and could be easier but we figured it out. It's not intuitive and some things need to be on a specific side for it to work. Smooth, strong look and we hope it to be easy to ride but like I said my daughter is two inched to short to touch.

The bike was easy to put together And it seems like a very solid bike. However, the instructions weren't that clear. It mentioned removing two screws to put the kickstand on. I believe they meant the two nuts. I had to use my own tool because the universal wrench did not fit properly over the nut. Either way, I put the kickstand on and realize that the bike would tip over with it put down because I believe they gave me the wrong size kickstand. I would have given five stars had they left contact information in Amazon.

The media could not be loaded. The bike works. For it's price, it's ok. 5 foot rule applies. Looks good from far but far from good. The poor manufacturing of the parts is "well it works" at best. Nothing can line up properly. ie. The handle bars and front wheel can not be squared. But I digress. Two bent rims. The back wheel will only destroy inner tubes. Three times now. I've searched the rim the tire the new tubes, everywhere to find the problem. As a pre video game child my bikes were my world, I've changed many inner tubes. Nothing!! Front wheel is fine. Other then being warped. So maybe it's just this one. But my return period is over. Buyer beware!! Edit: 5.24.24 Ohiik has refunded me.

I liked everything until I finally had to set the cycle up properly once my grand-daughter grew into it. One vital bolt required to fasten and tighten the handle bar into place was too short. I cannot tell you how frustrating it was/is to have wasted so much time with this particular issue. Finally found a bolt that was longer and fit into place although I had to add a spacer to accomodate the excess threads on longer/new bolt. So, your "assembled in U.S." encouraged me to buy this but I learned that your product inspection is limited. Overall....unhappy after paying premium price for inferior product satisfaction.
