Scooter arrive on time, and was easy to assemble. At first it looked a little bulky and was unsure of the turn radius but after taking to amusement park it steered and drove really well. Lasted the entire day at the amusement park. I will be looking into replacing the seat, or buying a cushion. it’s comfortable enough for short trips to store, but not ideal if you intend on a full day of use. Also really enjoy the overall look. Real sleek design as opposed to some others I was looking at. I did have an issue where the battery wasn’t holding a charge when trying to recharge, but I reached out to support and they responded quickly and immediately helped me resolve this. Sweet ride

We haven't had this scooter for that long but so far, we love it. It's been all around in the yard and no issues with getting stuck in the grass. It also goes up into the house over the threshold with ease. The extra battery is a real bonus and having it removable to charge is also a great feature. Ease of use and turn ratio.

Great scooter! Fast and reliable. Seat is a bit difficult if you have issues bending over, Putting the pin in the post so seat doesnt turn is a pain. Also why is the accelerator on the left side? I purchased this mobility scooter for my mother, who has difficulty walking and needed something that would allow her to get around more comfortably and independently. So far, this scooter has been a wonderful addition and has helped give her more confidence when going out. The assembly was straightforward, and the scooter feels sturdy and well-built. I appreciate that it supports up to 300 lbs while still being easy enough to maneuver. The rotating seat is one of the best features because it makes getting on and off much easier, especially for someone who struggles with mobility. The scooter has a comfortable ride, and the four-wheel design provides good stability. The dual baskets are very convenient for carrying personal items, groceries, or shopping bags. The scooter i ordered was to small, no leg room for crippled legs .my husband had a hard time getting in and out.I asked to return it. Also told the company I'd return and get a bigger one. They send my to look for a certain one on another site. I could not find it there so surch with Google. Can not find the modle . Text them the problem. As of right now. No answer.
