Initially the picture showed a different product from what I ordered. My neighbor has a larger model of this and said that there was no problems everything was fine the instructions were straightforward so I got the cheapest version they had the 195 or 199 version. When I got here I started setting it up the instructions were pretty straightforward like I was told but the corner brackets that go up the corner posts that make the curve going to the roof where the tarp is didn't have the holes in the right place. And I thought this was because you know maybe I didn't follow the instructions correctly I had pieces in the wrong place where I thought they were just kind of universal. But after moving pieces around taking it apart putting it back together I still ended up having to drill holes through those pieces 90° to what they were already on the piece. Then once I got that straightened out I moved to the bottom bracer pieces that would go between the bottom rail and the corner rails as just a way to make it sturdier. And again I took parts of it apart moved things around and none of those bracer pieces were long enough to reach any of the holes once you did get it aligned into one hole with a bolt through it. And then I still had missing hardware. I had to go get bolts to just make the door when I open the package I only had five or 7 bolts the bag had been ripped open. They were also huge flat spots on the ends of some of the joint pieces where you'd slide other rods into so I'd have to use a hammer to reshape it just so it would slide in but that and the lack of bolts were most likely from shipping.

This was a perfect replacement for our old run. It took a few hours with two people to put up, and has kept our 4 chickens contained.

Only took a out 2 hours to set up by myself. You will need 2 people to help wrap it though witch is fine. We got it all wrapped withing an hour. Directions are super easy to follow.
