I received the patio set faster than expected. I would recommend this set to anyone looking for an affordable set. The peacock color is exactly as shown. I did not realize this was made of plastic that looked like rattan. I have no problem with it as I can take all the cushions off and be able to clean the set thoroughly. What I did not like was having to build the set. It was anything but fun. The seat covers fit VERY tightly on the cushions which look great. I did hurt the tendons in my wrist fighting to get the covers on. My suggestion would be to not put all 8 covers on in one sitting. Save your wrists. Also, it is quite short until the cushions are put on. Wait until it is fully assembled before making judgement on the height..lol it all will come together and works well. It is made well and if you take care of it, you should get a few good years with it. I love this set. ... show more

After weeks of research, we decided on this set for our new deck and could not be happier. It is very comfortable! The cushion covers are water resistant, washable and the seller even sent 2 extra for future use! The cushions do slide a little bit that can be easily solved with some Velcro. Assembly and instructions were very easy. I would recommend an impact drill or screw gun for faster assembly. 4 boxes came over a span of 2 days. I was a little concerned with the back height, but with the feet for the base it’s perfect. 6 ft man says it’s no issue. The fire pit panels had a couple nicks and scratches. Since we had already assembled it, the seller was happy to credit us for the scratches and sent us a whole new set of fire pit tiles. A couple reviews mentioned difficulty putting on the cushion covers. I found by turning the covers inside out, matching the corners and then shimmy-ing the cover down the foam was very easy. This set looks just as good as the sets that cost $3k+. If you are on the fence about this set, you will not be disappointed. It’s elegant, comfortable and functional ... show more

Website stated I would receive 6 boxes and I received 4.After waiting a couple a days I contacted seller and was informed that they changed to 4boxes. Should have made me aware of the change. Also instructions were a bit confusing. The finished product turned out very nice.

It arrived in a timely manner. I was concerned that we originally received only two boxes. Before we opened them we knew that we did not receive the entire set. I messaged the seller and they were very quick to respond and assured us that we were to receive 5 boxes total. We were not sure how many boxes to expect as the tracking number said "1 box." The seller said that they could see that we received 2 boxes. They told us that they would watch the tracking information and if it did not change by the expected delivery date that they would resend the 3 remaining boxes. We did receive the remaining boxes on the expected delivery date and received a prompt messages from the seller saying that they could see that the boxes had been delivered. I confirmed the delivery, and they said if we needed anything else to let them know. I am very satisfied with the custom service. I am also VERY satisfied with the quality and ease of assembly of this furniture set. It is extremely comfortable! And the color is beautiful! My family will get some good quality time with this set. I ordered this set on December 29th 2022. We assembled it in February 2023 and are using it since. It's very comfortable and good quality too. I had my doubts about pillows staying in place since they are loose but there is no problem with it at all. We live in Las Vegas so sun is merciless in summer but the color of the fabric is as vivid as the day we set it up. Also, when it rains, the water beads up on the surface and doesn't soak in the sponge inside the cushions. Few days ago, I noticed some cracks on one of the wicker parts. I took a photo and sent it to the seller. They responded immediately. Although they didn't have do anything since it was over a year from the purchase date, they sent me replacement for the damaged part at no cost to me. The product is as good as the company's customer service behind it. Within just few days I got the new part and that's not an everyday occurance nowadays. We ordered this set after looking for weeks..it arrived in two different shipments but in two days it took my husband a few hours to put together as there are many parts .it is very sturdy and comfortable very thick cushions .we look forward to many years enjoying this set...fyi the the covers for the seat cushions are somewhat difficult to put on but if you push down on the foam and then pull on the fabric it is easier to do. ... show more

Fast shipping, easy to put together if you follow the directions. The fire pit top came dented. When I contacted the seller they responded very quickly and sent a new top, still waiting to receive this. The cushion covers are not the best, 3 have already torn at the seams, they are not 100% water resistant/proof as water gets in and it takes quite a while for them to dry out, which is pretty annoying, the cushions also slide all over the place so Velcro will be needed to hold them in place. The throw pillows are a nice added bonus but also slide around. I really hate buying things online, if I had seen this in a store and tried it out I wouldn’t not have purchased it ... show more
