I like most things about this chair. It's great to come home and sit it in after a long day at work. My son uses it after his workouts at the gym. It does a good job on neck and shoulder. The kneading of the feet are a little rough for my liking but my kids love it! I did have to put a towel in it for the back area because it digs in pretty deep but overall it's a great chair and nice looking too! ... show more
