So I’m still going to give it 5 stars cause it might be a good product. You have to prime it to get a good flow on it. Once you got it going it seems to do pretty good. However, We tried to use it to recycle a water slide water instead of continuously running the hose. However, it had two sprayers and while it could push water to the sprayer in the pool portion. It was not strong enough to push water to the sprayer for the slide. Technically based on 800gph it should have been able to do it but unfortunately did not. We ended up getting a submersible sump pump and that works great.

Now I will say that putting it together was time consuming/ tough because they don’t give you any directions on setting it up & the QR CODE they provide for a video tutorial was not helpful at all (especially if you’ve never set a pump up before!) I had to go to YouTube and watch other people set up similar pumps. But!!!! ONCE I got it set up, it has been great! We recently put up a new pool and within 48 hrs our pool was clean & clear! It’s a decent size and isn’t super loud or noisy! ***Could come with better tube “clips”… thankfully the pool I purchased came with tube clips so I used those instead because the clips they provide with this pump are very loose… they don’t screw together tightly at all & slide back and forth on the hoses! Overall it’s a good deal/ good price.. the pump itself works great (so far) we shall see how long it holds up! If anything changes I’ll be sure to come back and update my review!

I picked up this pump to replace the stock one that came with our 12ft metal-frame pool, and the difference is night and day. Honestly, for how compact it is (it’s only about 5 inches high), it moves a surprising amount of water and im impressed. It took me maybe 10 minutes to get the hoses connected and the buckles tightened. It comes with everything: hoses, extra filters, and the clips. We had some issues with fine sand and some debris that looked like hair or fine leaves settling at the bottom, but after running this for a few hours, the water was much clearer. I'm always worried about safety and having the GFCI plug gives me a lot of peace of mind and the gandiness of hooking it up to my outdoor self timer is a plus! Just make sure your pool uses the 1.25-inch fittings, as that’s what the hoses are sized for.

It is offered with a reasonable price, but the filter is super dirty after 15 minutes or so (forgot to check before use), that make me doubt it is a used filter because my pool came with 2-day old water. Also the filter is supposed to be wrapped to make sure it is new.
