This lamp is, as far as I am concerned, a reminder of days gone by. It has beautiful detailing in metal rim and the glass shade at the top. The bottom arm is adjustable to make it easier to light exactly what you need up close. I used LED lights in mine and I usually use the top light for lighting up the room while watching television.
