The package arrived in excellent condition and all items were accounted for. The directions came with list of materials, large pictures and precise directions. I am a 75 year old female and I had no trouble assembling, sliding the support under my queen size adjustable mattress, and threading the attached belt under the queen size mattress and attaching it to the other side of the bed frame. There was plenty of length on the belt with a large amount left over so I am sure it would have also been long enough for a king size mattress. The belt grip was easily tightened and all has held steady w/o slippage for the weeks it has been attached. I also purchased the led light w/bag. It is set to automatic and faces toward the outer side of the bed. It lights up when my husband gets into bed and turns off in 60 seconds. He is glad to have it to light his getting into bed. There was a one year warranty that I emailed to the company. Sara Lindergh the owner of the company has reached out twice by email to kindly check on the purchase. I and my husband are very pleased with the product, the assembling, and the quality/endurance of the railing. We are both sleeping well knowing the rail is functioning as needed. Note: As mentioned in the railing description this 13” rail can be used w/our adjustable mattresses w/o hinderance but the longer railing can not be used as it would hinder the movement of the bed’s adjustment ability. Great product:) Easy to assemble and install. Used heavily (sturdy) and love the night light aspect for my dad. Versatile and adjustable for areas of usage. Had some issues with the first light that came with unit. Contacted the company and found them super friendly and eager to help resolve the issue! It isn’t bulky, which is a big plus if you don’t want something overly medical-looking in the bedroom. The non-slip grip handle feels comfortable, and the frame itself is very sturdy. The instructions are clear, and the safety booklet keeps things simple—just the essentials, with a big thumbs up for the large print 👍 The motion-activated safety light is incredibly useful at night. Our unit arrived with a defective light, but customer support responded quickly and sent a replacement the very next day. The product provides safe getting into and getting out of the bed. Was easy to install. The light provides additional safety features and could be removed to use as a flashlight during a power outage. It charges easily like your cell phone. Only problem was. A missing plug for one of the bars that is under the mattress. This could have been the result of a resell of a returned product.

This grab bar is very easy to install. It’s very sturdy and stays in place if installed correctly. Having a motion sensor light is extremely helpful. It lights up the room enough to see what you’re doing rather than lighting up the entire room. I highly recommend.

The rail is splendid. We have a queen bed. It's used for my side. Since the bed is fairly high, I can now get in and out safely. I can't imagine not having. Further, the wonderful light broken. I emailed to purchase another, though, it's only about a month old. The customer was incredibly easy, professional, a replacement is coming. Doesn't seem we have this type of service anymore.
