Finally found the perfect stools for my kitchen island. They arrived quick - within 5 days. Originally ordered the white lighter color with Sherpa material (see 2nd pic) but had to return. They were too light for my decor. The return process was easy and they worked with me on the return ship cost. I re-purchased the medium brown color with linen material seat and they are perfect. Easy to assemble, perfect height, and comfortable. I love the low profile back and how the stools tuck away neatly under the counter. These were a nice upgrade and provided the inspiration I needed to upgrade my island pendant lights. Pleased with the quality, color, material, and the vendor. Despite the $50 ship cost, I would purchase from them again. Just be aware, if you have to return the stools for any reason, return shipping will cost you. UPDATE 5/20/2026 After reaching out to the supplier, they were very apologetic and understanding about my situation. Honestly, if I had not gone through the frustrating process of initially receiving only 2 out of the 3 chairs ordered (with one of them arriving broken) and later receiving what appeared to be either used or open-box replacements, I would have easily rated these stools 5 stars. The stools themselves are beautiful and very comfortable. They are also heavy, which gives the feeling of a high-quality, premium product. That said, I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and the way they handled the situation. Hopefully, more suppliers will provide the same level of responsiveness, professionalism, and fast claim processing when issues arise. UPDATE 5/14/26: I wish I could share better news or a better experience. I contacted the seller, and at first, they were very apologetic. I asked what I should do with the broken chair and whether I needed to send it back. They told me there was no need and that they would send a new pair: one to replace the damaged stool and one to replace the missing one. However, what I received was honestly disappointing: two used stools with visible wear and tear. In the end, I paid for three stools and received one damaged stool, one good stool, and two used stools with signs of wear. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this supplier. I suggest looking somewhere else. ORGINAL REVIEW: I found the same stools in another Amazon store, but the reviews there were not very positive, so I decided to purchase them from this seller because of the better ratings and customer feedback. Unfortunately, it was quite disappointing to discover that only two out of the three stools arrived, even though the order showed as fully delivered. To make matters worse, one of the two stools that did arrive was broken. I recently purchased 3 stools, but initially received only one, marked as part of a larger shipment of 3. I was disappointed, as it wasn't clear it was a partial delivery. However, I received the remaining two stools today and am now very satisfied with my order. I bought these chairs, the quality is questionable, you have to put them together. The instructions are precise, but all the pieces didn’t fit correctly, so it made the chairs feel real cheap. Beware - the return policy is horrible, you have to send them an email to get a return request and then you have to print out another return form and you must take it back to Fed Ex. They will also charge you for shipping. I don’t know how much yet, because I have to wait up to 48 hours before I get a response, but UPS was going to charge me $63 - that almost half of what I paid for it. ... show more
