Bar stools were delivered in a big box. My teenage daughter put them together by herself so directions are easy to read. They are great quality and easy to clean. They are cushioned. Perfect looks and feels great good size, cushion is thick enough but be warn that its way too much padding I'm 230lb and when I sit on it I feel like something lumpy but that also could be great for the long run.
