I've been through 3 kennels in a year and a half with my Rot/Dobbie mix. He has super high anxiety when left alone and becomes quite destructive. This one is solid and he hasn't been able to get out or break any part of it. I can see where he tried to chew it and there are some teeth marks but no real damage. The latches are super secure and I've had 0 issues with them. Put it togather by myself in about 25 minutes. By far the best money I've spent towards my pup!

This crate is well constructed, very heavy duty, and looks good too. The size is good for my husky lab mix. There is enough room for her to turn around and lay down comfortably . The only thing I don’t really like on It is probably the latches but they’re OK. It’s just I think there could be some improvement on them. I like that it has wheels, and that they have stops on them makes it easier to move the crate from one spot to another. The bars are spaced close enough together. I think it is safe for her to not get her foot or paw caught in them. It was easy to put together. It includes a couple tools that you need for the bolts. I would recommend this crate to others.

I have a 4 year old female German Shepherd who has major anxiety. We’ve bought her several kennels, and she’s escaped out of them. We even used heavy duty zip ties as locks/reinforcement. This is a great budget friendly solution! We looked into purchasing a several hundred dollar kennel, but wanted to try this one first. She was locked up for 5.5 hours, and she remained in the kennel with no damage. I wish it was a little bit taller though. The locking system was a little interesting at first, but the entire kennel was a great purchase! 10/10 would recommend

As others have stated, very substantial and rugged. But, as others have stated, arrived dented with carton undamaged. Apparently boxed at factory damaged and shipped anyway. Also, most of the corners on the doors ere re-welded after it was painted. The corner welds are all bright silver on top of the finished gray paint. Not sure why every interior corner on the doors needed to be re-welded after the initial paint job? Not sure why they didn’t try to repaint after the second weld? I’ll position the dented parts against a wall to hide and live with the re-weld. Way too much time, effort and expense to return.

Got this for our beauty of a Saint Bernard. She is 135lb and fits in here great (48" size). Likes: - Putting it together was easy but you can't screw it in all of the way in some spots or the door won't close properly. (Not a big deal) - it is strong enough for when she paws at the walls Dislikes: - the door latches in two spots and they are not the sturdiest. If we don't use the little screws to tighten it they will bend from her leaning on the door. - I hate tightening the screws because one is already rusty, so it is noisy. - I wish it came with an option for an inner pan for occasions where they can't have a bed. It is a little difficult for them to get comfortable on just the bar floor. So we always have a bed in there. We referred to our dog as a prisoner the first 2 weeks and only fed her through the feeding door. It was fairly comical.

I love this crate. There’s plenty of room for my Karelian Bear Dog. Love the tray that slides in and out to clean up messes (she’s so perfect there hasn’t been any). My only complaint is the top door latch is so dang hard to open. It gets stuck and you have to wiggle it, push on it and get it just right in order for it to open. It’s frustrating and it makes me a little worried if there’s an emergency, she may be stuck in the crate. Most of the time I just don’t latch the top one but the bottom one is extra loose. For such an expensive crate you would think they would have one of the most important features dialed in. My girl is a puppy. So I did purchase this a month or so ago but had not been closing the door to the crate until she was used to it hence the delayed review. I will be getting two more just like it, but may go with a different brand due to my anxiety she may get stuck inside if the latch doesn’t open. I’ll try to take the door off this one and use it as a dog house for the backyard.

My rott/husky dog learned how to break out of his plastic kennel. We tried basically everything to help with his separation anxiety. We decided to splurge on this to see if it really is escape proof. And it is! He's not been able to break out. He goes right in when we tell him to, so I think that means he's comfortable. It's very easy to put together. We'll see how it holds up overtime, but I am very impressed!
