Absolutely wonderful customer service. I was missing a couple of tiny bar plugs and they immediately shipped me out a whole new set of hardware, I couldn't believe it. I am so grateful! The run itself is incredibly sturdy. I'm using it for my chickens and love it so much I bought two more and would buy again in the future if I needed it. They are a great size for my flock. My husband and son put the first one together, but were unavailable when I wanted to put the second one together so I ended up doing it almost entirely by myself (my son showed up towards the end and helped me tighten all the bolts, which I highly recommend a second person for that because it will go so much faster. Btw, he's 9 so it doesn't need to be 2 adults). It took me a few days, and felt overwhelming at first, but the instructions are pretty clear and succinct and I was able to figure everything out as I went and just took it step by step and it ended up not being as difficult as I thought it was going to be. I feel like my chickens are very safe in this. I did end up adding some finer gauge hardware cloth to the bottom as a skirt and tacked it into the ground and covered that with rocks so no predators can dig in. Thankfully this time we do not have much predator pressure from any animals that could climb, otherwise I would probably figure out putting hardware cloth over or under the canopy as well, but so far that is not needed. And the canopy held up through a North Dakota winter and still looks just like when we assembled it in the fall, so I'm pretty happy about that. Some of these canvas canopies will shred apart in one winter, but so far this one is looking like it's going to last a few years for sure. Highly recommend. Speaking of winter I also was pretty simply able to add plastic polycarbonate panels to the outside in order to keep the elements out. I added all of the blue polycarbonate you see in the video by myself during our first blizzard. It was freezing, but the structure itself made it a simple install.

This product arrived in two boxes- I was a little surprised at the size of the boxes I expected something larger. Instructions were included, I didn’t initially realize that each bracket came in two pieces so once I got that figured out it went much smoother. It took a while to assemble alone, but was sturdy when I got it together. Love the top it came with, unfortunately mine ripped somehow, but there was wonderful customer service and I was able to obtain a second one. I love that there are two latches in the door to keep it secure because my pup is a bit of n escape artist. I would but again, and recommend to others as long as you are patient and take the time to assemble it right!

The wife wanted a better looking kennel than the chain link fence so we got this one. Took 6 hours to build mainly due to the 10,000 nuts and bolts involved with this design. Highly recommend 2 installers to get on both sides and use a regular wrench instead of the flat one it comes with. The tarp is really nice. The tube frame and chain link is way easier to assemble than this one, but all the connections to the fence are solid. If you find the corner holes don't line up, disassemble the bottom and reorient the post and reassemble, it's kind of tricky. This is Not galvanized steel. The door is not good but works. I used zip ties at the top corner of the hinge to keep the door from scraping the door. Sadly I must admit it does look better than a chain link kennel. Would I buy it again, no, unless my wife makes me again. She is happy so everyone is happy

This is the best dog kennel. Even though I have 5 dogs I saved from their mother dog, who abandoned them under my mobile home, I got this kennel. It’s straightforward, following the paper instructions I received and understood the video—though the video was not so helpful. But if you follow the paper instructions step by step, it's self-explanatory and not really that hard. People make it out to be more difficult. It turned out well and holds my 5 dogs. I will be buying another one to separate the boys from the girls, no doubt. I like it. Unfortunately, I couldn't find my bit for my power drill, so I had to go old school and use the hand wrench and tools that came with it. No big deal—I had nothing to do that day. It took 6 hours without a power drill. I like my kennel. I will buy again and recommend. Seller was quick and awesome another 5☆s for them. I defiantly will be returning customer.

This product picture shows a German shepherd type/size dog. We bought based on reviews and cost with the assumption it could contain this size dog. Nope. It was three days late, took two days to put together, and then day 1, in 15 mins our German shepherd broke the latch, bent the gate and got out. I would not recommend this at all for larger dogs. Maybe small dogs or small farm animals, but for us a total waste. Very disappointed. $400 down the drain.

Then pen itself is pretty sturdy and the tarp is very nice. It’s at just the right height to offer shade all day long. I am giving a lower rating because the instructions are not always clear and some of it is left up to interpretation. I had to reach out to customer service for support and they weren’t helpful. The gate hinge was placed on the wrong side of the pole and there is a small gape keeping the latches from connecting. I’ll probably just buy a bigger latch for the gate. If it weren’t for the day and half it took to put it together, I would return this product.

It is missing a tiny piece inside the robot that causes the device to leak water, therefore, the device will not mop. I have tried for over two months to contact their customer service team with no luck. Because of that, I would not recommend purchasing this device.

Definitely worth every penny saved. It's held up through snow storms and rain. It takes two people to line up the top beams. I'm an almost 40 year 5' short old janitor with basic blue print knowledge and my boyfriend, 6'3", is a mechanic. I did most of it with the tools they provided in the packages. Yes, it will be delivered in multiple boxes. These boxes are extremely heavy so expect the boxes to be damaged as most Amazon drivers don't have the equipment of help needed to transport the packages from the truck to your doorstep. Read All the instructions! Keep all the small parts in the resealable bags as you work. Organize the larger parts before assembly. The stickers labeling parts will flake off in hot or wet weather. Expect to spend at least 8 hours on this project, working with the simple hex wrench and tiny wrench provided. I would recommend ratchet wrenches to shorten assembly time. A torch wrench might tighten the bolts to the point of bending the larger melt parts. You'll want a second person when attaching the fence panels as well. One to turn the bolt and the other to hole the nut, as you will not be able to reach thru the fence. I ordered no dig panels to keep my dogs from digging out. The tarp top fits perfectly. If you have expert skills assembling trampolines or tents you'll find the tarp cover easy to attach. For all others please be patient, start at the corners, work the rest of the way around attaching it at compass points, and finish attaching any points left. Again Read All Instructions Carefully! The engineer that wrote the instructions actually knew what they were doing. They even knew you'd drop screws and nuts and wouldn't be able to find them in the grass without a powerful magnet and provided Extra. Keep the bags sealed as you work. Be prepared to feel like it is flimsy until it's fully assembled and all the screws are tightened. It's sturdy! Like building a teepee it's flimsy until it's fully assembled, covered, and grounded. The latches are simple but sturdy. I do use padlocks it the padlock holes but that's because I have highly intelligent collies, watch an old black and white Lassie episode to see what I mean. This pen has housed them while I'm at work and when we go on vacation. Our dogs are walked twice daily, and the pen cleaned from fecal matter. The 10'x10' or 100sqft pen is big enough for two XL dog house igloos and still have more than 5'x10' or >50sqft of room to move around. If you are able to understand this review you have enough knowledge to assemble this pen. I love puzzles so I truly enjoyed assembling it. It's worth every penny and hour used.

First off I was 100% skeptical about purchasing this kennel. It had no reviews (only reason I’m leaving one) and the price to me seemed WAY to good to be true. After a homemade kennel couldn’t hold our 8 month old terrier mix in I was at a loss and began searching for something better. I didn’t want to spend thousands of dollars on a welded 10x10 dog kennel but I also had to find something to keep our guy safe and comfortable while we were gone. This is hands down the best purchase for the price!!! Pros: - Comes with bottom bar that lines the bottom and stakes into the ground to keep it securely in place. This makes it difficult for your pet to dig their way out. - Wall panels (or whatever they are called) are screwed to the frame with corner and middle brackets to prevent separation and reinforces the sides to prevent escape! If properly done Houdi would have a difficult time getting out. The wires are strong and not easily bent when screwed in. - Roof cover secures tightly and is a thick material that seems like it will last. Con: - Package comes in two different shipments. The first was the bars and sides. Second was the actual equipment needed to make the magic happen. Don’t get excited when that first package arrives. - Comes with the exact amount of nuts needed to secure the entire thing. (Don’t drop ANY! Or an extra 30 minutes will be spent searching…luckily we found them all) - Toss the tools that come with to the side and find you a drill with the right size socket otherwise it will take days! Pro/Con: - Instructions come detailed and easy to read. With each label clearly defined. Don’t RUSH! Double check your parts and triple check the directions. - Took 4 adults and 2 toddlers (they may have extended the time frame. Hence searching for the missing nuts) 4+ hours to completely put it together. That’s also including multiple beer breaks so time wise we could have possibly finished quicker. - If bottom corner brackets are not properly placed be prepared for sudden collapse and bending of the metal….easily fixed once you realize your mistake and bend back in place. It will instantly become more secure and doesn’t seem like a waste of time and money anymore but instead makes you feel increasingly incompetent. 100% recommendation this kennel for the price. It has kept our buddy safe and happy as well as keeping him dry when it rains. I’ll post pictures when able. You won’t regret this purchase once it’s together. The process of installing may make you question your decision but ultimately WORTH IT!!!
