I have 8 of these from different manufacturers. They are all great and are easy to put up. 1 person can assemble if you're patient. Me and my husband can put them up in about 10 minutes. The roof fabric will last IF you have a dog that cannot jump high. I have 2 Labradors that have pogo sticks for legs, so those roofs need replacing with plywood or metal. Overall excellent value, and no parts were missing from ANY that I've bought so far.

This is a great kennel. Sturdy and was easy to assemble. I have had it for quite some time now and it holds up. No issues at all. The cover is great to protect from the sun. I really recommend this kennel.

I bought two of these kennels to use as a catio. One I purchased in October 2020, and the 2nd in March 2021. The one I bought in October was already beginning to rust, but I wanted to go with the same brand to ensure that they would line up well. I had read other reviews where they bought two different brands that looked alike but weren't compatible to expand on the kennel. I went with this brand b/c it was cheaper, slightly larger than the Lucky Dog brand and had a silver tarp, which I wanted to reflect the sun (no shade in my yard). However, if I had to do it over again, I would purchase the Lucky Dog brand b/c I have a neighbor who has that one and (1) hers has not rusted b/c the paint is better on it; (2) her kennel is heavier. Mine moves when the wind lifts on the tarp during strong storms. I live in a state that gets hurricanes, and so I would either need to disassemble it to bring indoors or leave outside weighed down and remove the tarp. I don't think my neighbor has had to do that with her Lucky Dog kennel, and it's weathered more storms than mine. While I initially saved $75 on this kennel (compared to the Lucky Dog price) I have spent about that much in Rustoleum paint to cover the rust on the old kennel and protect the new one. The Lucky Dog tarp is black, but the seamed side is silver, so I think you could flip it if you wanted a more reflective cover. If you're going to use this kennel in a screened porch or a basement, then it might be better for you. Otherwise, I recommend you spend a little more money upfront and get the Lucky Dog kennel instead.

I purchased this for my dog as an outdoor playpen. I was really nervous about purchasing this because there were scary negative reviews. there was also reviews that mentioned it was a pain to get a return processed. I purchased it anyway and wished for luck. I was pleasantly surprised when my item arrived. 1. It was two days early 2. It came with all the pieces the same size, quantity and quality- no broken pieces. 3. It came with complete instructions After assembling I put my dog in the crate. I love it. Here’s why 1. The panels are all welded and assembled prior to arrival. While it’s not made out of a heavy duty metal it has sturdy enough panels where my dog can’t press up against the cage and wiggle out the bottom. 2. It was super easy to put together. 3. It’s not ugly. Some warnings *Bigger dogs and rambunctious dogs beware. It could probably hold a toddler but not a dog who is in a frenzy. * it was pricy but after I shopped around this was the best priced one. I feel it could be a little cheaper or the quality could be improved to a more sturdy quality for the price I paid for this pen. You may want to purchase zip ties, steaks to stake the fence down. Paint to repaint or give a thicker paint job on the fence.

In the past I purchased Lucky Dog kennels, but they got pricey so I tried this one. I regret it. The black finish is bad quality, there was rust on it right out of the box. The welds are bumpy and sharp. Some of the wires aren't welded at all. One wire didn't go all the way to the end of the row and wasn't welded to anything and I stabbed my finger on it. The hardware is thin and not as fitted as with the other brand of kennel. I think Amazon should pull this product for safety reasons. Oh, it's about 2 inches shorter than the Lucky Dog kennel, too. Overall quality is much lower. I'm sorry I bought it and sorry I didn't take it out of the box until the spring weather arrived and I missed my return date.

I've been using this kennel for only three weeks and have it sitting upon a bedrock of crushed gravel, so not really touching dirt. It is already starting to rust all around the lower areas of the kennel. I'm thinking about returning it while there is still time (a hassle for me), or just buy a few cans of black Rustoleum spray paint to rectify the problem. Tried to contact the seller about this problem but can't get through using the obvious channels here on Amazon. Other than that... it was easy to assemble and seems sturdy enough for my standard poodle puppy. If you plan to use it indoors you'll probably be happy with it. I just initiated a return and now see this return policy > "This item can be returned in its original condition for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt. You may receive a partial or no refund on used, damaged or materially different returns." Well, it's not in it's original condition I've used it and IT HAS RUST. Does that mean i'll receive a PARTIAL or NO refund?? Also, I see that my original cost for shipping will not be refunded AND I am required to pay for return shipping. AVOID THIS SELLER.

We bought this for a dog of ours that has got to agressive to be in out house with our other dogs. I sugest the larger one if u have a dog bigger then a corkie. This is just the right size for our small xl bullie. It took my boyfriend 2 hours to put it togther. We plan to lay a concrete slab under it for easy cleaning. The tarp at the top is good quality. Its not too heavy so if u had a large dog i sugest to anchor it down. The door is easy to use. closes and shuts with no issue. All and all i would buy again. It doesnt look tacky and it has made our house safer.
