HORRIABLE!!!! TAKES HOURS TO PUT TOGATHER THIS ONE IS UNSAFE 1STAR IS TO MUCH. My dog was out in 5 mins. It should be pulled of the market asap it has fake metal zip ties that stick out and could poke your dog in the eyes or cut them your dog could get hurt as they are getting out its not even fit for chickens. Dont waste your time or money. Rip off allll the way around this has wasted alot of my time and almost lost my dog GARBAGE. READ ALL REVEIWS ITS NOT JUST ME !!!! ... show more

    • cheap but..... good for medium to small dogs.
This is NOT for a big dogs!!!!!!! It is chicken wire and everythings is with zip tires and metal zip ties. It was very easy to assemble and yep..... I do have my two big dogs in it right now but thankfully they don't jump on the chicken wire. Is it right for my dogs material wise yes big enough no... Thinking of buying another one and making it bigger so they have room to run. With all that being siad do I like the product yes and I m I satisfied with it yes..... Really know your animal you are buying this for. ... show more

I got this because I wanted a kennel for my small flock of chickens (5 birds). It will serve it's purpose, with some modification on my part, but that has nothing to do with the kennel itself, just that birds can fly. I went into it knowing that. Here is the thing, the dimensions are misleading. It says: Kennel Dimensions: 90"L x 90"W x 63"H, but over to the side, it says Height of Dog Playpen: 45"H. It was my mistake, but it feels like they did it that way for a reason. Anyway, that isn't even the worst of it. First of all, the baggies holding the screws had holes in them and got EVERYWHERE. I still haven't completed my set up (we're working on day 3, but I honestly got frustrated and walked away for a while yesterday, I'd say we have worked so far a solid 3 hours on the actual assembly. But it took almost that amount of time to try to decipher how to put the darn thing together, the instructions are useless. But, we muddled through, and we have the top and bottom put together, just need to put in the "self tapping" (trust me here, they are not. You WILL need a drill) screws on the inside bottom part. Here is my next beef; the "chain link" fence is actually glorified chicken wire. This is why everyone is having a hard time with stretching it. I won't have the same issue, as I am attaching the pen to a coop, so I won't need all the fence that everyone else does. IF I had gotten this for my dog, I would be big mad and I would have returned it. Any dog larger than a beagle (maybe even smaller) could blast through it with the fasteners provided. I was going to just use what came with it, but I might get some wire after reading some reviews. My big concern would be a dog getting hurt while busting out of it, because I promise you, it is not "normal" chain link, it is chicken wire, which is REALLY thin and will cut the crap out of anything that gets tangled up in it. By the time the package was delivered the boxes had holes and were all smashed up. We opened them to find we are missing parts. When we tried to get some kind of compensation for having to go and replace the missing parts we were turned away by the company. Never in my years of being an amazon member have I been this disappointed in their products. Just goes to show not all good things last. The product is cheap material. The top is a tarp which will have to be replaced before long it's so thin. I don't recommend this product to anyone who doesn't have extra to pay for more parts. ... show more

    • Pretty solid
First off, I built this with my 10 year old daughter. I told her she was the lead and I was the helper. It took us about 2 hours to construct it all the way. We were not in a hurry, and used only hand tools. 2 people is a really good idea to build it. The connector pieces are pretty wiggly and a 2nd pair of hands are great to have. The enclosure is NOT meant for a large dog. You would have a hard time keeping a good sized medium dog in it. The size itself is good, but the wall are not very high and the included cable ties and wire twists will not survive a determined dog. So far, my 13 week old Lemon Beagle, Luna, has chewed through 2 of the twist ties and 4 of the included cable ties. The chain link is not the heavy duty stuff from your school yard days. It is solid enough to keep a small or a small medium sized dog without them bending it. The gate latch vexes me every time I use it. I have bent it several times. I can bend it back with my hands, not hard. The rain/shade topper is a good material and I expect to get a year or two out of it. All pieces are galvanized, and it seems like it is well done. I have picked up the entire thing onto it's side and crab-walked the entire unit 30' on my lawn. It's held up perfectly. I would buy again! This would be a 5 star if the cable ties, twist ties, and instructions were all better. ... show more

    • Zip ties around the bottom are thin
This is perfect for my 2 chihuahuas but replacing zip ties on the bottom little at a time with thicker ones as my chihuahua puppy snaps them right off. Perfect for small maybe medium size dogs. Easy to assemble.
