I had an idea of how to put this together but decided to follow the instructions so I didn’t miss any steps. There are a lot of pieces (they ship the hardware separate) I wish I would have read ahead because I put the bottom together only to find out it was the wrong direction to put the roof poles up! I followed the instructions completely. It’s pretty sturdy once the entire kennel is together but be careful bc the panels will tip over and bend while you are assembling. Easily assembled is a false advertisement. The directions are terrible and not all the pieces once figured out match. 8 hours and we lost the light of day. We have to finish the last few corners brackets to hold the panels and the top tarp. There are a million screws. Every panel required 8 individually screws connector's requiring two brackets each. I had three people. While the construction seems solid the nightmare to put it together is not worth it. I would have been better served buying a normal kennel but this one advertised easy assembly and made me think the sides were already together. Not the case. I planned on shipping it back but funny thing you have to pay for it to ship back as well putting you a third into the cost of the thing. ... show more

This is beyond value for your money as well as being sturdy and great quality material. The size is wonderful, very pleasing appearance. But be prepared to be overwhelmed by the number of parts. Just take a deep breath, follow the instructions and it's not as bad as it looks. Also be assured they have the best customer service around. Questions, problems or anything they are there to help you. Only draw back is all communication is via email, no phone number but they are pretty prompt in getting back to you. Update on my review… After the first snow we had of the season, the whole roof has collapsed in with only 3-4 inches of fluffy snow. Bent the poles, brackets, and ripped the cover. Now I’m completely unsure of the quality. We purchased this product for our outside dog so we had somewhere safe for him at night and in the rain. Although it seems strong, only time will tell. But I will say, this was NOT as easy to assemble as suggested. You have to note that what they consider one piece in the instructions, is actually two pieces fitted together. Once you figure out that confusing bit, it goes pretty smoothly. Another downfall we ran into were several stripped or busted locktight nuts. They do send a few extra but we had at least a dozen that were completely useless. Have someone handy, this is more of a two person job. Took us 4 days of me coming home from work and trying to beat the sundown which was about 2 hours of work per day. This item also didn’t arrive when it said it would. Said it would be there the 27th, didn’t arrive until the 30th. We picked this item specifically for the delivery date. I feel for $70 shipping cost, it should have arrived on time. 🤷🏽♀️ ... show more
