Product Care Instructions: DO NOT REMOVE OR WASH COVER. Spot clean only. Vacuum your mattress, sprinkle some baking soda on it. Use a scrub brush to gently rub the powder into the mattress and leave it for 10 minutes or so and vacuum the excess powder. Do not wash. Do not use bleach. Do not machine dry. Do not iron. Wow this bed is plushhhh! I've bought so many mattresses and went for the plush this time because so many others have been so Hard! This one is like a cloud. It is insanely plushhhhhh. Almost too much honestly. You just sink right in. My suggestion - if you go with full plush get the 10" so the mattress doesn't complement flatten. Im only 130lb and it sinks at least 1/2 the size on a10" so get 12". I also got amattress topper to help reduce the sink a little. So unless you want truely plush go for the medium plush. I have that too and its great. Both have mattress toppers. Can't go wrong. Just don't get firm. Had hard mattresses. Love the plush. Medium plush if you don't want to sink as much. I've bought at least 12 mattresses and this is the plushest one yet. Very nice. ... show more

This mattress is quite well made but your body position will leave a "memory" indent so it's hard to sleep in a different part of the bed. You will keep sliding into the groove made by continuous prior use. this is very annoying. Move six inches to the side and you will slip back down to the old position Also I ordered a "Plush" but this was quite hard and certainly not as soft as advertised. After sleeping on a firm spring mattress for most of my life (not comfortable), I decided it was time for a new mattress because I was not getting great sleep - mainly because of how hard the mattress felt. I hesitated about memory foam, but I gave it a shot anyway. After a few weeks, I have been getting significantly better sleep. I wake up feeling well-rested and less achy. It's taken some getting used to the memory foam and not having any bounciness as a spring mattress, but I have no complaints about that. Unpacking the mattress was pretty simple. It came vacuum compressed and rolled up in a box about 17 x 17 x 42 inches. It fully expanded after a day, but it was off-gassing pretty badly for a few days, requiring me to leave the window open for a few days. My only complaint is the off-gassing, which faded slowly over a month and a half. I think it's because I didn't give the mattress enough time to fully air out and I live in a colder environment. I was finally able to let it air out all the way. I think the off-gassing taking so long was just an error on my end, not giving it more time to air out in the beginning. Original September/2024: My only complaint is the off-gassing, which has been slowly fading away, but is still quite strong after a month. I guess it's because I haven't given the mattress enough time to fully air out and I live in a colder environment. I purchased a space heater to keep my room a bit warmer and will keep the window and door open for ventilation and hope it helps. I will update my review once I can make the odor go away. UPDATE 10/3/24: After running a heater for a few days, washing the sheets, and leaving the sheets off the mattress for a few days, the off-gassing has faded significantly. UPDATE 10/22/24: I gave it another round to air out recently. I took the sheets off and washed them, opened my window and door, and gave it two days to air out. I can confidently say the off-gassing has finally stopped! The bottom of the mattress was still off-gassing a little too so I leaned it against the wall for a day. ... show more

Honestly wish I could return this. UPDATED REVIEW 16 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE- DO NOT BUY!!! HARD NOT PLUSH SANK IN THE MIDDLE AND IS COVERED IN MOLD UNDERNEATH!!! TIME TO BUY ANOTHER NEW BED LESS THAN A YEAR AND A HALF LATER!!! MAD!!!! I purchased the 2020 model queen in “plush” I did not have bedbugs on it like other people said or mold which I am grateful for but here are the pros and cons. Cons outweigh pros for me. Pros: Comes in a box Easy to cut plastic to unwrap Inflates fairly quickly Comfortable when sitting on the edge Doesn’t disturb others sleep very much Supportive if u like a firm mattress- I do not unless it’s completely firm like a standard firm mattress is, this ones just sightly plush then about 1/2 inch into it, its firm. (Con for me) Nice textured pattern Cons: I got a plush and after 24 hours it is EXTREMELY FIRM FOR A PLUSH!!!! Not what I wanted AT ALL!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED FOR $300, thought I could trust a reputable brand.. guess not. NO RETURN OPTION EVEN THOUGH I’VE ONLY SLEPT ON IT TWICE AND ITS STILL IN NEW CONDITION- even still SMELLS LIKE PAINT?! Waking up with headaches and neck and back pain. I’ve been sleeping on this mattress for a few weeks now. When I first opened it up to start expanding I was concerned about how deeply my hand sunk into it. Some reviewers commented that it was too plush. I was wrong! The first night sleeping on it I slept like the dead. I was very exhausted from moving so wasn’t sure if it was the mattress or not. Next night, same thing. No tossing and turning, and a very restful nights sleep. I was in a car accident in 2013 that really rocked my back and this mattress is forgiving enough that I don’t wake up sore in any way, and firm enough to offer the support I need. The memory foam totally conforms to my body so I'm not really sinking into the bed like I thought I would. This is the most comfortable mattress I’ve owned, and I got it at a great price. I can’t speak to its longevity but for the price I don’t really care. It seems like it will hold up very well, though! ... show more

I had a pillow top queen coil mattress but I was getting to the point that when I would get up in the morning my back hurt so bad it was hard to bend over. I'm sure that is partially as a result of my minor scoliosis, but still uncomfortable. I thought I would try this bed and see if it would help. A friend has one and loves it. It arrived in a much smaller box than anticipated and was vacuum sealed in a rolled up shape like a huge sleeping bag. There was a small clear plastic "envelope" on the side that had a blue plastic cutting implement in it to use to cut the plastic without risking cutting the mattress which I though was actually pretty clever. Once I got the outer plastic off that held it in the roll shape there was another set of plastic that kept it compressed. Once that was off it sprang right into shape and within a hour was ready to be slept on, which was surprising as I thought it would take longer to expand. I will say that my deep pocket sheets from my pillow top mattress are a little loose on this mattress but still work well with just a tad bit of "tucking" at the bottom of the mattress, so keep that in mind if you plan to buy sheets along with the mattress. The 10 inch mattress doesn't need the deep pocket sheets like some of the pillowtops do. I fell asleep last night quickly and easily. While the bed is somewhat firm it also has a certain amount of give to it to make it very comfortable and conforming as well. I got up this morning with no pain in my back for the first time in years. It will be interesting to see how it holds up over time. If it does this will be the best choice I ever made! ... show more
