This pilates set completely transformed my home workout routine the second it came. Every item serves a specific purpose to target different muscle groups. I love using the ring and the small ball for my core and thigh exercises. The bands and the figure 8 trainer helped with stretching and deep muscle toning. I like the smooth sliders and the roller to work on my balance and massage my muscles afterward. The grip socks keep my feet not slip. Everything packs away nicely into the bag bc it comes w a great carrying system. Also I like that they're pink and girly and not the normal lack. For a beginners Pilates set, I think this set does just fine. It is a great place to start and works well enough. Some of the items are good quality like the resistant bands, but it seems some of the items are very cheap. The bag to store all she items for example, although it is fine and has pockets, I don't see my self using this bag for very long, it is very thin and looks cheap. It comes with some smaller bags made of the same material that also look cheap. The ball was the biggest let down for me. It is small and while I do like that you can remove the air easily, the little white plug can fall out, get lost, and it can be a pain to get it inside the ball after blowing it up. The yoga ring and the massager are actually really nice and are made well. I do appreciate how everything is pink, especially the socks, they are very cute. Everything is also pretty versatile, you don't have to use this set just for Pilates. Honestly, the price is just my main concern. I don't see the value and I have seen other sets for a much better value. ... show more

This is a great pilates set. It comes with so much. I do wish it would have came with a bigger yoga ball. But it came with a small one. Some of the things it came with were resistant bands, the yoga ball, it comes with a good variety of items. I like the socks. It comes with everything you need to start pilates plus some. I got ghis to be able to exercise at home. Its a great starter kit, and allows me to work at my own pace and ability. Very user friendly. Easy to store, and you can pack it up and take it with you so it's also convenient. Seems pretty durable, im excited to use it! Good value and price

But that's the fun part! I definitely recommend looking up some workouts online and creating a routine for yourself. The main feature is the 14" Pilates circle. It feels sturdy and the padded grips can be placed between thighs or your hands. The inclusion of various resistance levels in the bands allows for gradual progression. You can start light for mobility work and stack them for leg days. The slider pads add an easy cardio option! The small exercise ball is great for inner thigh and core engagement. This kit has everything you need to get started on your Pilates experience including pictures workouts. I have been wanting to start a program that I have been seeing everywhere so when I saw that this came with all the equipment it was an instant yes especially after I priced each time separately. It comes with so many items, the bands all stretch great and feel strong, the Pilates ring is flexible but sturdy, the resistance band is long and easy to use, the sliders are comfortable and move great, the massager feels great helps with my leg stiffness, the included bag holds everything and makes traveling and storing it very easy and everything else is great. It all seems well made and like it will be perfect on my Pilates journey. Buying this full kit is definitely the easier and cheaper way to go for sure.
