Really loved this electric pressure cooker BUT after 3 months of using it about 3 times a week, its malfunctioning. Specifically it SCREAMS "LID" when the lid is securely locked. Then I giggle it a bunch, it finally stops obnoxious beeping and settles into preheating. But no, it's not feeling it and begins freaking out all over again. This even happens on the yogurt and saute settings when no pressure is necessary. Yes I checked all the gasket seals, had my friends check, and finally my husband and everyone agrees thre gaskets seals seem in place. I'll replace with another brand. I can't in good consciousness put this item in the goodwill pile. It will go in the trash. Yikes I rarely throw out anything that may have a second life. This one is terminal though. But it's the manufacturer's, not necessarily the distributor's fault.

This thing is AMAZEBALLS! I literally received it today, and made the BEST split pea soup I have ever made in 30 minutes!!! Normally i would have been slow cooking this ALL DAY!!! I have always liked to use electric pressure cookers. It is safer to use than regular pressure cookers. I am very satisfied with this one and have more features than I bought before. . I have used electric pressure cooker for many years, I should share my experience with everyone if you going to buy electric pressure cooker,why is the electric pressure cooker is good.. 1.It has an automatic stop function (never worry about forgetting to turn off the fire) 2. It has the function of delaying the setting start（Set a time and it will start to run on its own） 3. Many of its features are useful（save some money to buy kitchenware) 4. I don't know if I got a faulty pot but if you stop 1sec on any selection that's what you have to cook on. It won't cancel out at all. I can't get it to change cook times so whatever it's auto programed to do that's what you cook on. All in all the couple times I've used it the food cook well I just couldn't set to my cook times & selection of cook preferences after any pause of selection.

I am very disappointed with this product. This product was good for one month but it seems like it broke with this error C1-3. (Look at the image) I can't select anything or cook anything. This problem isn't in the user manual and it won't let me cook anything after waiting half an hour. I would not recommend this product to anyone. I'll just go buy the regular Asian rice cooker at the Asian store. That one works for many years..

I was originally looking for a simple crockpot that had more controls on it besides on, off, high, and low. I sure got it! This cooker works great and is super easy to clean. It has a lot of pre-programmed settings on it, most of which I don't know what they are because I'm not much of a chef. It seems to me it will do anything you want it to, you just have to know what you want it to do. Lol! I'm only given it a 4 star on ease of use because it had more settings and bell and whistles than I knew what to do with. But it was a great price and matched my kitchen. Besides, being a mechanic, I would rather have too many tools and not use them, than need a tool and not have it. Great cooker!!!
