I am super pleased with the Korser Reclining loveseat. I was a little apprehensive to buy without actually sitting on it. I read the reviews of course, but just wasn't sure. Let me tell you how happy I am. It arrived a whole week early which was a great surprise. I live on the 2nd floor and the driver, God bless him, got all 3 large boxes to my door. And that's another thing , all pieces arrived at the same time. I pushed them inside, broke open the boxes and laid everything out. I sat and studied it for about 5 minutes until everything made sense to me. I'm a 70 year old woman without any help and I had it together in about 30 minutes. It wasn't complicated at all. Everything slid into steel brackets easy peasy. It is beautiful. I ordered grey. Not too dark and not light. It has the look of leather but its fabric. Soft yet appears strong. As for comfort, it is new so it's a little firm but not hard. The pull handles work fine. One review said they were tough to pull, perhaps a little but not an issue at all. Only needs to be out from the wall 3 or 4 inches I highly recommend it. I am so glad I made this my choice.

I am requesting a refund or compensation due to a manufacturing defect and safety issue with this recliner. The recliner failed under normal household use within approximately 3 months of purchase. The reclining handle on one side broke, leaving a sharp exposed metal wire that poses a safety hazard. Shortly after, the handle on the other side broke in the same way. Both failures occurred without misuse. This type of furniture is expected to last years, not a few months. The repeated failure of both handles indicates a defect in materials or construction. The exposed wire is sharp and dangerous, requiring temporary taping to prevent injury. The chair is now unsafe and no longer functions as intended, requiring replacement. I contacted the seller seeking resolution, and I'm awaiting a response to resolve the issue. I am requesting a refund or appropriate compensation due to the defective and unsafe condition of the product.

Day one and overall very happy Color blends perfectly and assembly was easy without even using instructions. Manual lever is slightly stiff but probably needs to be used a few times to loosen up. Came in three boxes and several ez to assemble parts. No tools required and was ready in about 20 minutes. Padding is slightly firm but also very comfortable and overall doesn’t feel flimsy or cheap. Very satisfied for price and sizing was accurate and perfect for out space

Was shipped in 3 boxes. Received Box 1&3 and box 2 came 2 days later. Seller was on point with providing shipping information. Easy to assemble and very sturdy. Comfortable without being bulky. Material is durable and wipes clean easily. Plenty of cushioning! The cup holders are removable so easy to clean. Love the USB, plugs and compartment in the console.
