Shipping & Packaging (5/5 Stars): The seller's communication was excellent from the start, clearly advising us that the loveseat would arrive in three separate boxes. While they arrived a few days apart, the entire delivery was still very timely. Each box was well-packaged, and the contents were covered in protective plastic, ensuring everything arrived in perfect condition. Assembly (5/5 Stars): The assembly instructions provided, along with the video on Amazon, offered clear, step-by-step guidance that made the assembly process seamless. Directions are not clear at naming parts for assembly but could figure out. Color & fabric more appealing than what shown in online photos. Not overstuffed soft but firm & comfortable enough. I was replacing very soft recliners with lower seats. I needed something firmer, sturdier, and wanted it to be more attractive. (My old ones were nice, but not nearly as nice as these.) It's relatively easy to put together - I do all of my assembly alone because I live alone. But if you had a second person it would go in a snap. I encourage you to follow the directions very very carefully. The first page is confusing because of the way they number the screws and such, but it's accurate. Not impossible like Ikea. The height of the seat is perfect, the cushioning is just right, it truly doesn't need any room between the back of the chair and the wall to recline because of the special design, and it provides excellent support. I have fallen asleep on it almost every night since I've gotten it - it's sooo comfortable! Oh, and I love the hidden drawer in the middle, the storage space in the console between the seats and the ability of the middle seat to flip down to a table. Those are the things that sold me after perusing a couple of dozen couches. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This loveseat recliner has completely transformed our family movie nights! Been using it for about 4 weeks now and both my husband and I are thoroughly impressed with the comfort and features. The two-tone design looks way more expensive than it actually was - the grey linen and chocolate leather combination has elevated our entire living room aesthetic. What's truly game-changing is the reading light feature - I can read while my husband sleeps without disturbing him, and the 3 brightness levels actually give enough light to read comfortably without turning on overhead lights. The independent reclining function is perfect since I prefer a more upright position while my husband likes to recline fully. Assembly was surprisingly simple - took us about 20 minutes total with minimal tools needed and the instructions were clear enough even for non-handy people like us. The center console with cup holders has been so convenient for movie nights - no more balancing drinks on the coffee table or floor! The USB ports (4 total!) have become essential - we both keep our phones charging while relaxing and I even plug in my e-reader during long reading sessions. One minor issue is that the manual reclining does require some strength to close - my elderly mother struggled a bit when visiting. Also noticed that the footrest doesn't extend quite far enough for my 6'2" husband's legs. The material seems durable though - we've already had a small coffee spill that wiped clean easily from the leather portion. The wall-hugger design was perfect for our small space - we can place it just 4 inches from the wall and still fully recline. If your looking for a feature-packed, comfortable loveseat that doesn't overwhelm a smaller living space, this recliner is definitely worth considering! ... show more
