I ordered this back in June, received it July, put it together September 29th. It is a very nice awning, seems like very good material & sturdy. There were two parts that were incorrect (missing holes to connect on top, & holes incorrectly punched on piece for side corner of the frame) I emailed customer service as indicated on the instructions. Received a reply that they would get the correct pieces out to me & I just got them today. I will be buying the same awning for my parents in the near future, very pleased & happy with this awning

Once it is assembled, it is really nice. The directions, however, are pitiful with just a few pictures. You have to be careful to make sure the end pieces are in the correct place as one end has 2 tiny screwholes. Also, figure out which way the louvers will be moving before you assemble it. Ask me how I know! The 4 posts are hollow and my husband, who actually assembled the thing, dropped one of the tools down the hole. There is no way to get the tool out. Luckily, he had Allen wrenches. Make sure to have a power drill. If the designers had had to assemble it themselves, there would probably be a few changes. Also, the smooth side of the louvers face up, which is weird since you don't see the top. You look at the underside which is the back side. So even with the issues, it is really nice looking and does a good job blocking the sun.

Do not waste your time! Our shipment was a week late AND we didn't receive all the materials. To make matters worse, we cannot get in touch with the company to replace the parts we did not receive. This is completely unprofessional. This was supposed to be for my 40th birthday party and now it's ruined! Shame on you RoyalCraft.

I am thrilled with my new pergola! Despite the limited reviews, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The size, 10 x 20 and over 7 feet tall, is perfect, especially considering many others I considered were shorter. Each piece was individually wrapped, ensuring they arrived undamaged. The assembly process was straightforward, taking about five hours from start to finish. When I did encounter a question, the customer support team was prompt and helpful, swiftly resolving my issue. Looks great and took 2-4 people around 4-5 hours to assembled. Delivery was a couple hours ahead of schedules, but the driver was very professional and called first to ensure it acceptable and it was. Totally satisfied with the delivery 👍 There were a minor issue with the installation, there were 2 sets of screws that were mislabeled and we didn't realized until we used most of the lesser screws to realized the mistake. Added unnecessary time to undo what we did due to this mislabeled error. Other than that. Everything went well. The instruction are easy to follow. Still giving a 5 stars even with the label error, because I am happy with the purchased.

We love the pergola! We ordered it with the curtains. The curtains did not arrive with the delivery. I emailed the company and they responded along with shipping them within 24 hours. They have responded to all questions right away. The quality of the product is very good. The customer service is the best. Cherry is wonderful at Royalcraft.

This pergola was worth every penny. We actually had it bolted down but it’s very sturdy once put together and the open and closing features for the ceiling slats is so convenient. Additionally, the mosquito net and curtain combo is just so convenient.
