I bought this dispenser about 10 months ago and I really like it. A few months ago, I noticed that after refilling my conditioner, the button doesn't work until I push it several, sometimes up to 10, times. The other 2 dispensers are working fine.

This triple wall mount pump is terrific, i love it so much. It’s very well made and it was easy to install, and it works very good. I like having things organized and looking good and that is why i bought this item. It’s a classy design that looks very elegant in your shower. My partner even asked me to get one for him because he likes how classy and elegant it looks in my bathroom. If you’re looking for a bathroom wall mount you should definitely get this one! Highly recommended.

Feels cheap, is cheap. Lasted less than a year. The concept is nice, but the quality isn't. The pumps failed which make it inoperable. The "silver" color also chips off and looks bad quickly. I highly recommend NOT purchasing this.

I purchased two of these dispensers—one for the main bathroom and one for the guest bathroom. A quick note for anyone buying this: it’s important to read the instructions carefully, as you need to prime the pump with water before adding your product. Unfortunately, after about a month, one of the dispensers stopped pumping. I drained the shampoo, re-primed the pump, and tried again, but it still didn’t work. Frustrated, I decided to purchase a third unit to replace the defective one. So far, the replacement is working, but having to buy a third unit and keep spares on hand isn’t exactly an ideal solution. As an engineer, I decided to investigate the issue. I found that the screws holding the unit together are prone to rust—they should have been made of stainless steel. Additionally, the pump’s spring is too large in diameter and slips down over the plastic actuator, which prevents the pump from achieving its full range of motion. This design flaw seems to be the root cause of the failure. Another minor issue I noticed is that the chrome finish on the cap started peeling off in spots. This detracts from the overall elegance of the unit, making it look more like something you’d find in a budget motel (not that I’d know firsthand…). Lastly, I’ve occasionally noticed a green tint in my products, which I suspect is caused by the spring oxidizing, as it also doesn’t appear to be stainless steel. Overall, while the concept of this dispenser is great (I first encountered something similar on a cruise line), the quality of materials and design could use significant improvement. I hope this feedback helps both the company and future buyers. Cheers!

Loving how awesome this is for independence for kids - and less mess too! Installed easily and dispenses well!! I love that it has body wash, shampoo and conditioner - easy for kids to remember to do all three! And we can use bulk sized products to save on waste too!!
