This works well on our slightly rough tile wall. We didn't want to drill and only used the attachment tape. We've had it up for several weeks and it has not even budged. It is easy to fill, although it doesn't hold a full-sized bottle of shampoo, conditioner or body wash. It has a lockable top, but we haven't needed to lock it as the top fills firmly. There are no leaks or drips.

I bought this dispenser about 10 months ago and I really like it. A few months ago, I noticed that after refilling my conditioner, the button doesn't work until I push it several, sometimes up to 10, times. The other 2 dispensers are working fine.

Installed for my new bathroom few weeks ago. Came back home from vacay and fill it but the shampooo dispenser does not work… brand new and does not work?????

I purchased two of these dispensers—one for the main bathroom and one for the guest bathroom. A quick note for anyone buying this: it’s important to read the instructions carefully, as you need to prime the pump with water before adding your product. Unfortunately, after about a month, one of the dispensers stopped pumping. I drained the shampoo, re-primed the pump, and tried again, but it still didn’t work. Frustrated, I decided to purchase a third unit to replace the defective one. So far, the replacement is working, but having to buy a third unit and keep spares on hand isn’t exactly an ideal solution. As an engineer, I decided to investigate the issue. I found that the screws holding the unit together are prone to rust—they should have been made of stainless steel. Additionally, the pump’s spring is too large in diameter and slips down over the plastic actuator, which prevents the pump from achieving its full range of motion. This design flaw seems to be the root cause of the failure. Another minor issue I noticed is that the chrome finish on the cap started peeling off in spots. This detracts from the overall elegance of the unit, making it look more like something you’d find in a budget motel (not that I’d know firsthand…). Lastly, I’ve occasionally noticed a green tint in my products, which I suspect is caused by the spring oxidizing, as it also doesn’t appear to be stainless steel. Overall, while the concept of this dispenser is great (I first encountered something similar on a cruise line), the quality of materials and design could use significant improvement. I hope this feedback helps both the company and future buyers. Cheers!

Excellent, exactly what I wanted. A bit of struggle to remove the tubes from the frame. Tip: Fig. 4 - Top notch is the clip, bend inward to release the bottles. I just love it.
