Absolutely a great solid product. Amazon was perfect and helping with this item. The family had fun putting it together as it only too a few hours. Simple instructions, as many have spoken about and I will confirm it. Great quality and we have 30min wind and had a 40mph storm and she held up. Had to put and extra strap on the curtains for the wind but all and all a great addition. We built the into our deck so a bit of railing from Lowe’s and it’s is a solid part of the deck. I highly recommend this product. Just a pro tip chalk the center cap, they say use tape so it does not leak but it still dripped until I took the middle cap off dabbed chalk and no more leaks. New York has been raining for several weekends in a row, which caused my new backyard patio pavilion to be completed only after three weeks. The aluminum frame structure is very sturdy and rust-resistant. The canopy can provide shade and rain protection because it has Adjustable Louver that can be adjusted at any time. This design is fantastic! Cleaning the leaves on top is even more convenient. The installation is also very easy.     • Wobbles, no lateral support and other issues
I am a home contractor of 45 years. This thing very poorly engineered. The biggest issue is it has NO lateral support! None. For those that don't understand what this is, it is the diagonal corner braces that come from the top frame down the legs. They are not put on these type stuctures to make them pretty. They have a necessary function. Without them this renders it a nightmare if there is wind or if you even bump a leg. It wiggles and wobbles terribly. Just a slight nudge and it wobbles. These things are top heavy. All four sides of top frame are pieced together so they sag. I bought the 10x13 model to fit on my deck. Each side of the top frame is in 2 pieces so where they join they sag. Including the center beam. On larger models there are center posts at the joints which would prevent this. I don't know if they thought bolting it to a concrete slab would help. But it will not. That would only stop uplift. It does nothing for wobble. There MUST be some kind of lateral support. This thing could end up I pile of trash in a good wind. The few reviews on here says it is stable. This is impossible without lateral support. I have found that people will overlook things like this as long as it is pretty. The larger one with six legs may be slightly more stable but without lateral support, it WIll have a wobbles. There is no getting around this fact. That alone should make this a no buy. But there is more. The paint is chipped all over. It chips very easily. There is no primer to allow the paint to bond to the steel. This is a very common issue with products coming from that part of the world. Numerous areas of very thin paint. Many spots you can see the metal where their sprayer totally missed. So every chip is a soon to be rust spot. And they are everywhere. Only some parts are aluminum. Much of it is steel. Mine came with dents and dings all over. There also are no lock washers or nylock nuts for the hundreds of bolts. They will just work loose as it wobbles, temperature changes and over time from using the louver system. The louver system does work but not sure for how long. The problem is that it comes in 5 big boxes and by the time you open everything up, reboxing is next to impossible for a return. Worse yet if you start to see the flaws after you start getting it put together. This was a $1000 dollar mistake. I highly recommend you not buy this. If you do buy it you will find out after you get it together. It could have worked but the lack of lateral support for something like this is mind boggling.
