Received in an extremely damaged package. There were signs that it may have been shipped to someone else, used a time or two, then retuned. So, I think I got a previously "owned" product. I was hesitant to use it for that reason. After a few trips up the ladder, it feels safe.

What can you say it’s an extension ladder. It’s heavy duty seems like it’ll last a lifetime! It came with no packaging whatsoever, but the delivery service did a great job it was not all beat up. I wish they would at least put enough shrink wrap on it to protect it, and place the shipping labels, so you don’t have to peel them off of the ladder. ... show more
