This headset perfectly delivers what I was looking for in a phone headset. First, the headphone speakers are optimized for spoken voice clarity and volume. Next, the 3.5mm plug is perfectly sized to snap securely into phone jacks, even when the phone is in a protector. Most other headsets have plug casings that are too big, so that the plug doesn't fit in the protector's hole where the jack is exposed; no such problem here though! Jabra is the only manufacturer that I've found to get this right. Also, those folks I call say the clarity is very good; kudos to Jabra for making a good microphone.
