This is the same one I had before and I swore I wouldn't get another one. But I did. Not sure why except probably b/c it was more affordable than some others. But you get what you pay for. The slats don't close all the way tightly, which is sort of the opposite of what we want in blinds. Having said that, they create a nice clean look on my bedroom window, and move up and down easily. I'm a little OCD when it comes to the way my apartment is lit and with this I get a lot of options on how the light comes through. After a couple of years with sunlight directly on them every day, they will eventually become brittle and will break easily. The slats could be a little thicker. ... show more

Really nice. Installed within 20 minutes which includes gathering tools and ladder. Inside window mount is 32” wide 72” length. I ordered 32”W x 84”L . The blinds are 1/2 inch narrow which gave me an 1/4” inch space on each side of the windowsill. Length is perfect. A cordless screwdriver or a Milwaukee power tool makes the job much easier. Measure and mark where the brackets will be installed and simply snap in the blinds and pull down the shade. I will order more blinds for additional windows. Satisfied. ... show more

The blinds were the correct ordered size and color. They properly operated regarding pulling down and pushing up into desired positions. The wand satisfactorily turned the slats up and down. My only disappointment from the beginning was the slats were fairly thin so quite a bit of light still entered the room with the blinds down and closed. But 2 1/2 years later...the slats began to crack and break off. I tried to tape them back together. And then the acrylic piece that connects the guard rail to the wand broke. I reattached the wand with a paperclip. And then one of the internal cords snapped and half the blinds lost their ability to go up - all within about 6 weeks. I assume the materials degraded after the 2 1/2 years of sun exposure. Unacceptable. Don't waste your money. ... show more
