Easy to set code. One didn't work right, but they were quick to correct the issue. The did ask me to place another order for the replacement lock and then they refunded me the payment. Would have rather them just sent the replacement, but overall happy with the process.

I use it to lick my gym bag zipper and its a perfect fit. Easy to reset the code and works great for locking basic things. I'm sure it would probably pop easy with a hammer but it's a small lock and does the job. I'd buy again.
